1st time anavar log

I've got some old info I posted quite some time ago in the training log forum. But I think I'll start and anavar log here. I just started my 3rd week. Did 2.5mg/twice a day for first week. Now I'm on 5mg/twice day. Plan on keeping it at that for 6 weeks total, then 8 weeks off. Main goals are to regain strength (and then some hopefully). A little less fat would be nice, but not the primary goal. I'm eating surplus during this 6 weeks at 2300 cals per day. I'm currently about 150lbs at 5'5"...but honestly over 5 of that is water retention that started as soon as I started the anavar, and 37 yrs old. I was about 143ish when I started my cycle. I do some powerlifting, but mostly I do about 3-4 strongman comps per year. Next one is in July. So far only thing thing I've noticed is the water retention and last couple of workouts I've had a nice pump afterwards. In a hypertrophy cycle at the moment so doing all the reps, but been adding sets the last few weeks. Today was 5 sets of 10 and was easier than ever before. Weight bumps up a little next week.

edit: forgot to mention is seems like I sweat a lot more than normal. I'm not much of a "sweater", but I'm sweating like July in April.... (garage gym - no heat/air control). It was like 42 degrees Fahrenheit and I had swamp ass from hell.

Welcome back. I remember youre strong woman training log.

If I remember correctly your hisband had an issue with the anavar, hopefully thats passed (unless Im wrong about that).

Will you be logging your training? I'm curious about what strongman (strongwoman?) training looks like.
Yeah I have an older log.. right now I'm doing some hypertrophy sort of off season work between now and July. Mon\Thur: Squats, bench, rows, pullups. Tue\Friday: Deadlifts, OHP, pullups. On the weekend I do strongman event training. Either Sat or Sun but not both days.

@vickster23 ---Now ya did it , now ya got @MANWHORE aroused... lol

So start of week 4. Late last week and again this morning - lifts seemed a lot easier. I increased my weights, but still think I could have gone a slight bit heavier. I'll really try to push it this week and see what I can get out of these high rep sets (sets of 8 for next 3 weeks).

Also of note... starting Saturday I got a sore throat. Comes and goes - throat really just feels super dry. I honestly don't know if it's sides or allergies at this point. But keeping an eye on it...
