1st time anavar log

Seems a lot of the women here get at least a scratch in throats on cycle. Surprised that's happening at 5 mg day. Have you tried more mg a day and had bad response ? Seems most take 3 to 4 x that dose
 
I was taking 5mg per day in the morning and again in the evening. I dropped down to 2.5 mg per dose for a few days last week and it got better. Less painful - but more of a "dry" feeling sometimes. Not all day. On Friday I bumped back up to 5mg twice per day and it hasn't gotten any worse. Just the dry feeling sometimes. I'm going to stick it out. No weird voice cracking or anything. I've only got 2 weeks left on this 6 week cycle. Weight is up to 158.0 lbs. However I look a lot less bloated than I did. Still very "fluffy" in my midsection and legs. But my upper body seems to be very "jacked" in my opinion. Traps and pecs in particular. All my lifts are doing well except for the deadlift---it's still being an asshole. I think it's more of a brain cramp than physical. Gimme a minute to fix up a pic to send. I took this pic this morning BEFORE working out. So no pump at all. Wish I had time for a post workout pic, but alas -- I was running late for work.
 
ok - edited pic --- Need to do a bunch of research on how to best lean out after this cycle over. Planning on 8 weeks off var - and trying to cut this water retention and extra body fat. Educated suggestions welcome....

You have a sim body type to my wife. Did u test your var? That just seems like such a small dose to get those sides. She has been on cal restricted keto diet for 4 months and still has a bit of fat under belly and thigh. We are gonna try keto ckd warrior diet next. It carb loads every 14 days. I started a thread on it.
 
I don't wish to live a life without carbs. Ha ha. Keto is not something I'm interested in. I don't mind reducing carbs - but keto levels is too much for me. And no, haven't tested it. No other sides of note other than the dry throat. Profile pic is a good 20 lbs lighter than current. Not real worried about the scale number. Want to keep strength up but lean out. Hopefully I'll uncover some muscle gains...!
 
Keto isn't easy but she has grown to like it and lives well on fat diet. Might wanna test out the var. lot of it has been testing to be other compounds even from the more well known sources.

Did you test your gear to make sure it's Anavar? It seems odd that you're experiencing that side at such a tiny tiny dose. Everyone is different though.
 
I have not. TBH I just figured I was doing such a low dose that even if it was something else I would go ahead and take it. Just doing 6 weeks on, 8 off was the plan. Probably take a bit to get the test kit. I'll get one and at least know what I'm dealing with for the next cycle - should I decide to continue using it.

What lab var are you running? Only asking because a lot of guys on here do some serious digging and if there has been problems in the past it may be best to cycle off until you get it tested.
 
A bunch of it is dbol these days. I hear it's not terrible to run for women but it's still bs to pay for var and get cheap dbol. Few threads here talking bout couple naps brands var being other compounds. I'm always surprised there isn't more informative threads in women's section on bunk sources and brands. Maybe time to create one.
 
I actually got this stuff over a year ago - (Darius). At the time I ordered - labs were coming back good for him in the forum section. I didn't take it - due to my spouse being against it. That has now changed and I'm using the stuff I had bought previously. It's amazing how hard it is to find real var. Info on where to buy good stuff would be invaluable - especially given that females REALLY need to get the actual stuff.

Your prolly fine with pcon var from that time. It's just expensive from them. At least it's real. Still strange u got sides with a tiny dose
 
Ok following up. Did 6 weeks of var -- sides included scratchy throat around weeks 4-5 and super sore boobs in weeks 5-6. All sides disappeared after going off of the var. I put on 15 pounds of weight. It's been a couple weeks off and weight hasn't dropped so can't blame any of it on water weight. Caliper measurements attribute 10 lbs of the 15 as muscle mass. Now granted I know that isn't super accurate - but gives a general idea. Bench press and squat have all massively improved - deadlift not so much -- but I'm working on that. Spent more time trying to make sure my form was better so numbers are still on the low side. They will get there!! I'm taking 8 weeks off and trying to lower my calories. The extra body fat seems to show in the belly mostly-which is no bueno. I always get fluffy in the midsection. I'm hoping to get a little of this fluff off before the next cycle. If I don't have any luck with cutting I will not eat a surplus of calories for the next cycle and see how that does to my body. I'm thinking just a few hundred calories below maintenance. If anyone has any good advice for de-fluffing (other than the obvious) let me know!

Strange,wifes boobs felt like goddess mountains of pleasure on cycle,post cycle nips are like razor blades of pain,lol

Her endurance and motivation is up in the gym with good strength. She is expierencing some upper abdominal pain that sometimes shoot to her back. I am convinced it's a minor injury and she just needs to take a day or so easy. I was wondering if anyone else has ever heard of any sides from var like so or if you think it stem from the var. She also is on liver and organ support just for the safety.

You can throw that liver support in the trash and just tell her to drink plenty of water. As far as the pain On var I've only experienced painful "pumps" or cramps.
