2 DNP Q's for H, Para or NE1 in the know

2 questions, since it's such a hot topic lately... :D

1) How long after the last day of DNP does it normally take to get rid of the bloating & excess water?

And (2) How soon after a DNP cycle would you say it's safe to run another??? I mean, if the reults are good, I don't want to wait until I gain the weight back to use it again.

Any input is appreciated...

3-5 days on the water weight

I believe you start counting days from the clean out day (5) and stay off the amount you were on. 10 days on.... 10 days off starting from the point dnp has fully cleared system.

Oh and don't worry unless you eating like crap and not training. I usually rotate clen and eca during this time to hold off any fat. pup

I'm on day 4 right now and as I am happily self-unemployed, it hasn't been hard to deal with at all. It seems to be at it's worst starting 30 minutes after I take a cap and lasts about 2-2.5 hours (during which I nap under a ceiling fan). But after that, its like ECA... little bit of extra sweating is about it.

I'm not too concerned about the weight coming back immediately as I do eat clean and hit the gym at least 5 times a week. But I didn't want to have to wait 3 months to try DNP again either.
