2017 log/ road to 2100 raw

Alright I'm starting a log to help keep myself accountable/ track my progress. I recently totaled 2000 raw W wraps in oct meet. I then found a new girlfriend and fucking stopped lifting... she left me and here i am, starting all over. Lol.

Please feel free to critique as you see fit. I'm always down for some knowledge!

Also I have no idea how to post videos, so if anyone wants to tell me that would be great.

Some stats

Age: 25
Height: 6,3
Weight: 325
Goal: total 2100 raw by October, then keep getting stronger.

I recently re tested my maxes and here's where I stand right now.
Squat 605
Bench 415
Deadlift 655
Mind you this is no training prior and no "supplements" still weak as fuck

Monday's workout:

squats, worked my way up to a single with 605
Leg extensions: 4x12x120lbs
Leg curls 4x12x60lbs
Calf raises: 4x15x200lbs
Treadmill steady incline walk for 30 minutes

Wendsday:

Bench: worked up to 415x1
315x15
225x20

Pec deck 4x12x60lbs

Tricep push downs: 4x12x120lbs

Rope push downs 4x12x50lbs

Treadmill: 30 mins, steady incline

Friday:

Pulled up to 655

Straight legged dead double overhand grip: 315x5x5

Leg curls: 4x12x50lbs

Lat pull downs: 4x12x130lbs

Shrugs: 3x10x100lbs

Saturday:

Military press: 135x5x5

Side laterals: 4x12x20lbs

Face pulls: 4x12x50lbs

Treadmill: same thing

Sunday:

Side laterals: 4x12x15lbs

Ez bar curls: 4x12x 75lbs/55lbs/45lbs/ 45lbs

Single arm cable curls: 4x12x30lbs

Hammer curls: 4x12x20lbs

Treadmill: same thing

Today's workout:

Changed up the numbers/ sets a bit.

Assisted band Pull ups: 3x8


Lat pulls: 3x8 100/120/140


V bar pull downs: 3x8 100/120/130


Seated Rows: 3x8 120/140/160


One arm DB rows. 4x8 100lb dumbells


DB Shrugs: 3x20 100 lbs


Sauna
 
Very impressive. Might not want to post vids with your face though. It's easy to film from the side on squats and out in front and low on bench to keep your face out of the shot. We're all using illegal drugs, after all.

Welcome to the powerlifting section on Meso, by the way. It's awesome to have someone at your level on board. I'm trying for 1675 at 220 this fall myself.
 
You're a strong kid and definitely have a future in PL. That being said going up 425lbs is a very tall order. It took me a year and a half to go up about the same brother. I am in no way trying to discourage you but you're gonna have to put in some serious work to get there. You got the magic no doubt but it will be anything but easy even with aas.

Hey thanks man! I actually totaled 2000 raw last oct 766/523/711. and then stopped lifting for a couple months. I'm hoping some muscle memory will kick in and we will see. I'm also not using anything now. Just eating allot of food haha

Haha I'm an idiot for stopping. All for a girl that ended up breaking my heart. Is what it is tho and I'm motivated. Focusing on myself and just trying to get back to where I was and then continue! Yeah I eventually wanna compete with the big boys. Appreciate it man

Bro don't take this the wrong way but you're a fucking dumbass for quitting lol but honestly we all do stupid shit over girls don't dwell on that, i know i have. Like i said if you're that strong at such a young age you have the potential to be a champ in no time. Best of luck to you brother.

lol I know man I'm Fucking dumb. All I can do is move forward though and train! Thanks my dude
 
So for when I do start my cycle I'm thinking just something really basic for now.

12 weeks test E @ 500 mg a week
Arimidex .25 EOD starting the second week.
Then a basic nolva PCT 40/40/20/20
May throw in 4 weeks of dbol at the end @ like 30-50 mg a day, Not sure yet.
