3 sets of triple drop set incline bench. 225,205,185. First set was 8 reps each, second and third sets were 6 reps each.
6x5 alternating DB press. First set 80, next 4 were 75.
5x6 hammer press 2 plates
3x10 low db raise 20lb
2x15 svend press 20lb
1x1,2,4,6,8,10 each arm high cable fly 40lb

No cardio. Ran around with my dog a bit outside. Gonna use her to help me train on cuts. She's fast... and her 4 legs let her change directions on a dime.

Started my ostarine and cardarine stuff today. I'm in no place to log my cardio boosts.... as my cardio sucks right now. I may try it again over the summer when I'm in better shape and judge if it is effective for me that way.
 
Weird workout today. Just did cleans, squats, and jumps.

Cleans felt heavy. Worked up to 295 for 1, then went down to 245 for 6 sets of 2.
4x2 325 with chains squat. 275 chains box squat 6x2.
Box jumps until I couldn't.

First rugby practice tonight so I didn't want to push too hard.

I will for sure, im on a cut right now, so once a week I bring ground beef with rice and eat my 2 cups of vegtables on the side for my lunch at work, but I want to cut out the rice this week, so I will let you know how it taste
 
Well gentlemen.
Got pulled over on my way to rugby. Turns out I didn't pay a ticket last January for failure to maintain lane. So I had a warrant out. Got to spend a few days in jail.
I remember that shit too now. I was turning left and apparently I entered the lane too early and my tire crossed the yellow line.

So, hope The city enjoyed their 3 days of safety, because this criminal is back at it fuckers.
 
Although Monday right before I was pulled over I got a good workout in working on vertical. Did depth jumps (I think they were called that).
Where you stand on a box, and lean one foot forward, then right before you hit the ground, you land on both feet and bounce right back up. Jumped on to a pile of mats a little under collar bone height. This sports coach showed me a few things that really helped my explosiveness. Get to meet with him for free Monday through Thursday so I will definitely be taking advantage of that.
 
Getting back in the gym tomorrow after some time off. Going to do back, with deadlifts to start.
Probably 6x2 of deadlifts at 315 with bands (if I can find a matching pair)
Then a bunch of pull-up variations, shrugs, and rear delt work. Finish off with ropes, sledgehammer work, and some cardio.
Going to start structuring workouts like this. Start off with a compound lift, then break down into short rest period work, then cardio.
 
Deadlift
135x5, 225x5, 315x5
365x5 for 3 sets, 315x5 for 2 sets

3 sets of AMRAP pull-ups
3 sets of alternating grip pull-ups. Did pronated, mixed, supinate, mixed, pro per set.
Hammer strength row @4 plates 5x5
Calf raise standing @ 280 6x3
Some different jumps. Had some errands to do so called it quits after that.
 
Hanmies are quite sore today.
Had a protein shake this morning and a few handfuls of shrimp.
Got a long workout ahead of me today. Will update later.
 
Incline bench 4x6 @ 225. Last set was a drop set to 135 and did 25ish reps.
4x6 bent over row @ 185.
3 rounds of this superset. 8 reps each
Pull-ups, DB row w/80, ez curl w/70, low cable fly w/40.
Medicine ball push ups.

Called it quits. Have another workout at 5 and practice at 7.

Lol. Man my strength dropped to near on recognizable levels. I feel way too heavy body weight wise for the amount of weight I'm not lifting.
Also I just started taking some sarms. Today is my first day. Already feel the power of Dylan Gemelli coursing through my veins.
I'm sure things will change once I stop eating these Nutella covered doughnuts and pizza though.
