So much to write down..... S1 S2 means they were supersets.
S1 Pull-ups 4x10 wide
S2 Bentover Rows 4x12 135
S1 Pulldowns 4x12 180
S2 DB Lever Pull 4x12 45
Cable Row 4x12 160, 1x30 drops 10 reps 160, 10 reps 140, 10 reps 120
Hammer Grip Pulldown 4x30 drops 10 reps 140, 10 reps 120, 10 reps 100

Did curls with the Olympic bar on the deadlift platform. Fuck with me.

3 sets. Maybe 4 of 30 reps. 10 reps were a finger tip forearm Curl into a bicep Curl halfway up. 10 reps from the mid way point to the top point of the Curl. 10 reps from the bottom, doing the forearm Curl, then a full bicep Curl.
Did the curls in between sets of talking with @franchise24 :D

Then went and ate 8 tacos. 4 chicken, 4 beef. And I want more!!!!

Been sitting at this fucking uhaul for 8 hours getting this bullshit hitch installed and the lights wired. Moment I leave.... lights quit working.
 
Starting this shit on Sunday after all my fricken moving is settled in.
So a few months back I copped a sale on eggs. Bought about 200 eggs for like $6. I am sick of eggs. Can't bring myself to eat them. So here's my plans for nutrition, as I said, starting this Sunday. (Since there is no food in my fridge currently).

Immediately upon waking 6am - cardio. Walk my dogs, walk on a treadmill, or bang a stripper.
Stomach vacuums and abs.
Meal 1 - 8am - 48g elite dymatize protein, 1 scoop Greens Freak multi vitamin powder. Vitamin D, Calcium... just normal vitamin routine shit.
Meal 2 - 11am - my usual - 200g sweet potato (boiled and mashed), 200g tilapia (raw), 150g broccoli (steamed)
Meal 3 - 130-2pm - post workout - 1 scoop dymatize (24g protein)
Meal 4 - 3pm - my usual meal
Meal 5 - 7-8pm - usual meal
10-11pm casein protein maybe.

Not very many calories. Probably around 1500. So I will add something to get it to at least 1800, but once I start eating structured meals I struggle to eat enough.



Workout today was shoulders.
Lots of supersets. Was going to do legs but all the bars were getting gang banged.
My gym got a bunch of new equipment lately too.... THE FREAKING DAY BEFORE I LEAVE.
 
I dont know how you eat tilapia man. I know its cheap and has some protein but I find theres other fish out there that are healthier. Just knowing how they are raised makes them unedible for me. And im the type of guy who eats everything lol

One time I ate a chunk of packaged jalapeño squeeze cheese covered in dirt, sticks, and sweat from mysed and another guy. Also had to drink a packet of fat free mayonnaise with an all spice seasoning packet.

Fish in general are raised in shit. Swai is my favorite fish. It's a catfish from Vietnam that because of all the waste and shit in the de nang delta they produce like crazy. They are a vermin and sold super cheap to other countries because they just need to get rid of the fish.

I would lick the arse end of a donkey if it had the nutrients I needed. I don't doubt you'll eat a plethora of foods. But anything? I will literally eat anything.

I hear that. Im in the process of that as well. Makes it hella hard to train on top of everything else. Packing anyways. No moving for another month. Still sucks so I hope it goes quick and easy for you

My wife made me quit watching "naked and afraid" and other survival shows cause I'm always yelling at them to eat the big ass fucking python or the damn alligator they're walking around or the little naked tail squirrels they're bitching about crawling over their emaciated asses at night....fuckin hippie ass, cock sucking mother fuckers:mad: wouldn't be a god damn rat left on what ever island they left my ass ono_O

Haha! Shit we were just talking about that. Spending Sunday's hungover, edging and trimming the lawn with your e tool was a crucial bonding experience with my team.

Oh, our late work call actually ended up being a surprised 0300 formation followed by a jump and a 2 day FTX... definitely helps you deal with being under pressure and keeping your positivity up.

I picked a roach out of my cereal in county once and then proceeded to smash said cereal. Never could eat the slickmeat sandwiches in prison though. Thick bologna with huge glistening chunks of fat and green spots all through it.

well I was going to say I'm a fat ass and by the 6th hour of that show I would have entered a blind rage of hunger and tried my hand at wrestling with the alligators.

But then I remembered I haven't eaten in over 24 hrs and I'm not even hungry... been busy as hell!

Only thing I ever enjoyed was the drink mixes. The lemon gave a kick to the stagnant drinking water, but once I got that grape drink mix..... game over. Best sugar free drink I've ever had.

I used to get the tea mix and lemonade mix and combine them for lemon tea.
 
These guys are troopers. They made it work haha! My pit almost stayed up with me the whole time but ended up passing out a few times. Idk why but they would not lay on the floor. They both HAD to be in the actual seat. Kept knocking my car into neutral, other than that not a single problem. No road issues or car issues.
Can't complain.... I have a Honda Civic hybrid and I'm hauling a 5x8 trailer easily around 1500 lbs. Little trooper has held in great so far.

Drove from 7pm Thursday to 3pm Friday. Staying with my sister for a day or two. Hoping to get a workout in at this Lifetime fitness gym. Supposed to be nice.
