2018 Mr. Olympia Shawn Rhoden Charged with Rape

Soooo, he is so screwed.
Unless he has video proof showing, or witnesses, that show her being intimate in public in some way. Texts, anything?
I wish there was more info about their relationship.
The only thing weird about it, is the fact it was close to Olympia time.

People say that there is no way he would jeopardize everything he has, but people do it all the time.
I don't see her being secretly paid or compensated by making false accusations. Along with the evidence. She is married and I am sure if it was a setup, would she do it without her husbands consent? How is she being compensated if it's a setup?
She will most likely be under investigation for awhile, so any large payouts would be investigated.
What does she gain from this?

Post consensual sexual guilt? Then calling husband and law enforcement? Seems far fetched. She probably would have marinated for awhile, if she cheated, and felt guilty, maybe telling in the future. However to go straight down rape road is again far fetched. But anything is possible.

Unless he has some ace up his sleeve that comes up... he's fried.

The constitution says one is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

If he is guilty, why is there no bite marks or injuries to him from the female trying to escape the rape.

Why did no one else hear her screaming for help in a hotel with people next door? No one heard anything? What about the cameras outside the hotel room, did she run out fully clothed etc?

The evidence is weak and all charges should be dropped with any good lawyer imo. I am not defending him, i dont know if he is guilty or innocent but based on the first post in this thread it seems like bs. Looking forward to see how this plays out though. Again i am not defending him, just saying evidence is weak and he might very well be innocent...
