I think they are working because I haven't watched my diet this past week (4000k +/- 300), and the scale hasn't moved. I just started cutting today. I have monitored my daily temperature, and I'm running a bit high (99.3-7F). Ramped up from 50 ED to 2 days at 75 and now at 100.

Curious: has anyone heard of people replicating tablets? Like making a sugar tablet that looks exactly like pharma? Is that too much effort? While I am sure 24k's T3 is working, I am wondering if it's even possible.

I just wanted to pop in a make a few comments. Gmail, even though you can use encrypted gmail, is subject to subpoena from the US government. Google has been all too willing to hand over user information. You seriously need to consider something more secure. PGP is required here. It will cost you some money to use a non-traceable email service but it'll be worth it if you plan on growing.

Why do you hate to say it, Biggins? Anytime a potentially attractive female posts here (I say potentially because it is usually a dude posing as a female) we have a group of members jumping up to make an ass out of themselves to drool over the girl and make dumb comments that they would never make to an unattractive female.
