I did not believe it to be a large deal, I stated nothing incriminating nor did I make LE's job any easier. Is it now illegal to purchase lollipops from online vendors? This is a site to find online lollipop vendors... is it not?
I like you Shred. But, do not make light of the situation at hand. They are smarter (collectively) and more well-funded than we are. They can and will crush us if they want to. Do not underestimate the enemy in this case.
As Marcus is aware, I have been ALL TOO familiar with what can and will go wrong in certain circumstances. Publicly posting things like this serve no advantage, and only can POTENTIALLY increase risk.

I agree. But, I think the nonchalant attitude we have here sometimes about POTENTIALLY incriminating info should stop.... I don't think you did anything wrong, at all. It's that I believe it sets the wrong tone, as some newer members will observe your behavior and make a mistake.
Just wanted to chime in and say that while I try my best to stay on top of emails/PMs/messages, I do miss some or forgot to respond to some. Sometimes they go to my spam box, and sometimes my messages go to your spam. The best thing to do is to reach out again if I do not respond with in 24-48 hours. If after another attempt you still don't hear back, try a different email or PM me. It may be that our email providers have trouble communicating. Ideally we would like to handle one on one customer issues in private instead of handling it all publicly, both from security standpoint and a management stand point. That doesn't mean anyone should hold back from posting feedback, but if there's been an issue that is specific to you, I believe it would be a better use of our time to handle it away from other individuals who aren't affected. Hopefully this makes sense.
IMO these threads are best for general questions regarding products and user feedback of the products and maybe a bit on the customer service, however that can get hairy.
