so this 24k is still running strong? im up to post 30 on this thread. its gonna be a while. saw a few results that looked good. btw im new in here. did an introduction on sat but got 0 responses.

As a follow up to my previous posts about tren ace seeming to "eclipse" any benefit of TNE as a preworkout. I took two days off the tren ace and on the third day just shot 100mg TNE preworkout. It was back to amazing. Blasted through a 3 hour chest/arms workout and could have kept going. Plus i was back to Mr. Congeniality during rest periods. My theory was correct. Never run tren ace/tne the same day. It's a waste. Just hit the TNE on training days or whatever arrangement works best for you.

I'm starting to think we need a temporary ban button that can be used on brand new members when they ask questions that should be pm or email only, 3 day ban. They ask questions that are answered already in posting, 3 day ban. You get the point. Way too many guys posting information on "how to" or "payment methods" or the good old source info. I've only been on here a short while and I'm already tired of seeing it.
Seems common sense is running low nowadays. This forum offers no protection to anyone and posting a reply asking for such info does nothing more than increase overall risk to all members.
