I have a quick question. I'm running 500mg/wk of test E and 25mgs of dbol Ed. I'm in day 3 of that cycle. My question is do u think I should be taking .5mg of adex EOD or should I wait to see sides..ie water retention,gyno. I hear too low estrogen can wreck gains..

Yes I would start the adex .5 EOD, esp if you're tinkering with dbol. Some folks grow boobs quick on dbol. I'd still get bloods pulled to see how your estro is on that AI dosage, everyone is differ. Wouldn't hurt to have some tamoxifen on hand just in case. Good luck.

Personally I like lots of test, so the more test per ml, the better. It seems some say they don't like overdosed test because of gyno, but that's not something a little bit extra adex wouldn't fix.

I honestly would rather know what's in the bottle. Blood test change person to person. Unless that person provides a base line with pharm grade then it's not a good judge. Pinning variations (1/2/3 times a week) make a huge difference. The 10x rule goes completely out the door once you change to short ester i.e. Prop. I don't think it's safe to put 200mgs on the bottle when you know you put 250. If the plan is to take 1 gram a week and I end up taking 1200 that is a problem. You could end up screwing up your AI dosage along with other things.

Gotcha.... just saying if it were me ... I would hold off until I felt like I needed it.... water retention or swollen nips.... I had this issue 2 weeks in on Drol but 4 days at 1mg EOD problem solved...

24k should do it like primo of the gods does it, he tests his raws before making the batch and adjusts based on the results. so if the purity is 90% add more to make up for the difference. I think 24k overdoses to cover whatever the purity may be. if he gets a good batch of raws 98%-99% then his batch will definitely be overdosed when he adds extra.

if you go to anabolic lab and look at the test results for primo of the gods test prop it's
99.4 mg/ml then look at say pharmacom test prop also on anabolic lab and its only 83.5 mg/ml it all comes down to testing your raws. it's probably to big an expense for the smaller labs, but for a place like pharmacom there is no excuse for not testing everything
that comes thru the door. they are a multi million dollar company don't get it twisted.

They both do the same thing, aromatize. Dbol is just much faster acting. The reason it typically isn't recommended for first cycles is because it's a second moving part, that can quickly cause high e2. It has the potential to bite you in the ass if you don't know what you're doing.

With either option, you should have an AI on hand, and a plan for controlling gyno should it occur (nolvadex). Read some more on those.
