What are you hitting for singles on the bench, squat and dead. Just curious to see what you 3 lift total is. Did you use the .5 of Adex eod from the start?
I'm 190lbs
Bench 315lbd
Dead 550lbs
Squat380lbs

Not the best numbers. I'm transitioning from BB to PL rite now.
1mg adex Monday
.5mg adex Tuesday
And so on and so.

If you program your training correctly you will be able to sustain powerlifting for years to come without doing an assault and battery on your body. Look at MastersPowers as a prime example. The guy is in the masters class and is still setting nationally ranked numbers that not only are good for masters, but would also make most young bucks green with envy.

All you say is true. I'm enjoying the Texas method and will soon be a competitor. I got a great trainer too. I'm having fun and eating everything I want. So many chicks dig it too. I just gotta figure out how to keep strength gains post cycle.

I'll try making my point via a question, rather than a statement.

Look at the Pregnyl HCG 5,000iu kit pictured above. There are 2 ampoules. 1 contains the freeze dried powder disk of 5,000iu, the other contains 1 ml of solvent. The amp with the hcg powder disk in it is mostly empty. The powder comes up to about the very bottom writing on the lowest part of the label - the rest of the amp is all air - enough dead space to allow you to draw the solvent out of its amp, and then inject it into the powder amp, making 1 ml of hcg containing all 5,000iu of hcg mixture.

Now, after that process is complete, you have the one amp, with the 1ml of solvent mixed with the 5,000iu of hcg.

If you take your 1ml insulin syringe (the one marked with 1ml=1cc=100iu) and use it to draw out that 1ml of mixture you just made, it will fill your slin pin to that mark.

QUESTION: How many iu of HCG will you have in that filled slin pin?

A) 5,000iu
B) 100iu

Once mixed with proper amounts of whatever type of solution, do you then put into a sterile vial for future use? I assume its ok to use a filter needle to drawl mixed HCG out of ampule? Thanks

Week 9. Working Texas method. I think I look pretty good for a power lifter;)

Looking good....In few years I'd love to look similar....its just a question of how long will it take me to get to your level.

Any issue with running 2 19-nor compounds such as ED issues? Or is the adex keeping e2 at within range? Thanks

I've had very little issue at all. A little ED, but my e2 was a little jacked. No prolactin issue no lactating either. Of course my doses are kinda minimal. I keep 24k Viagra on hand too, just in. case.

Thank you @Burrr for noticing the hard work. I'm doing all this while separating from my girl of many years, so being on the tren has that "oxytocin" effect witch can drive a man crazy at times. We're kinda working things out and she thinks I'm off the tren:/

It's actually called the Texas method. It's a very popular pier and strength routine that will still allow you a day or 2 of Accessorie work. You can google it. If you can't find any thing PM me and I'll gladly give you the run down;)

Thanks. Your dose may be minimal, but it's enough combined with your training and diet, it's yielding legit results.
