My favorite was Jambi.. I heard that Halloween show was cool... they did a led zep cover to open the show but no dress up... Maynard stayed in the back where no one could see him.. kind of pissed me off but awesome show.... Three teeth opened up for them.. they were pretty heavy....Yea not so big on primus either but you're absolutely right about the instrums. Praying they come to the east coast. We always get screwed on shows.. Seeing them open with no quarter dressed up as Led, I lost my fucking mind LOL then opiate and close with stinkfist, unreal!
Ok so here it is.. Im almost 7 weeks in on Test 600 and Tren 400 and im once again stuck at 210.... In Just under 6ft tall not sure what my body fat % is. Started this cycle at 185. I feel like my strength is improving weekly and my diet is putting whatever in I can get.. I make sure to get atleast 300 grams of lean protein ed and my calories are around 4000 give or take a few.. Im stuck and I need some help getting over this hump....
Thanks for the advice... I was thinking of bumping up but I was afraid it might just lean me out more... So when you say force myself to eat more.... specifically more protein? Your not kidding about painfull.. I wake up 3 or 4 times a night starving.. eat peanut butter and jelly and protein shake... I guess my question is, Could it be my work out? My strength is improving weekly.. I don't take days off but im limited to 1.5 hours a day because of work.. Its kind of fucked up I guess because im trying to bulk but im afraid of getting fat... gotta keep those abs.. Lastly could it be the compounds im running? everything ive read about Tren tells me you can bulk but it takes longer because its not water retention its lean mass...Ryno, I know you don't want to hear it, and the thought probably has you wanting to puke in your mouth, but in order to get past that 210 lb hump you're gonna have to force yourself to eat more. Eating the necessary cals and macro ratios is the most underrated part of putting on size. Everyone thinks they can do it until they have to. It sucks. It uncomfortable. It's literally painful sometimes.
But it is necessary when trying to blast through barriers and plateaus.
Also, I would bump up the test to 900 (from 600) but that's just me.

Try to avoid fried food but shit happens... I try to get atleast 300 grams of protein in the form of protein shakes and then whatever chicken or fish I eat throughout the day... I eat 4 large meals throughout the day plus oatmeal or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.... im right around 4000 cals.. I guess your probably right tho.. Im not gaining any fat either which means im probably not eating enough...I may have missed it but what is your diet like. I don't gain any significant wait until I hit the 5000+ calorie marker

Absolutely interested.. if I can put that many calories in in 2 shakes I want it... But heres my question... how do you plan on maintaining that post cycle? If I eat like that post cycle im going to blow the fuck up .. not In a good way.. Im hoping to get put on trt after this cycle ends but even then it worries me...I'm unfamiliar with your training and stats but I'm 5'9 and just at 210 tonight. Thanks bro.. My goal is 225 this cycle and I have 8 weeks left .. Planned on cutting out the tren for the last 4 weeks but maybe that is a bad idea.... I do think I will take Bickels advice and increase test to atleast 800 ... but im kinda fuzzy on that too as everyone is saying 24k test is dosed at 250 even tho is says 200 so if I run 800 id actually be running 1000...I hit 215 last bulk and when I was done I dropped down to about 3500ish cals and was able to maintain 200-205 fairly easy. Before the bulk I was 185ish. I have the shake saved I'll look it up real quick and send it over.
