Use 200 mg of deca once a week, cheaper than the npp, and one vial should last the entire cycle.

For joint pain only, 100mgs per week should suffice. Adjust as needed but there is no need to run 200 or more if you're only using it for joints

i used deca, 150 a week, after i tore my rotator cuff and ripped off my bicep.
it was back in 09, i used it cuz i knew of some ball players who used it. seemed to help, tho not with the biceps. that was gone. the rotator cuff man, i went to therapy for weeks and weeks and nothing helped. i got on the deca, went back to lifting super, super light, and in a couple months i was pain free and my strength was almost fully back. theres old-timers at my gym, guys 60-70+ who use it and they swear by it low dose.
