What do you mean? Like hey is this vial with a floater gtg? I chucked it in the trash angry about what I could have put in my body. I'm not looking for a replacement from the source. I'm coming to the community so they can be cautious. Lots of guys look here first . That's why I came here with the info first.

And I'm not saying the products aren't good. They've given me amazing results. This source has been spot on all around. And it says a lot that he's trying to fix the problem. I just figured I might not be the only guy not closely inspecting the vials. And thus coming dangerously close to injecting foreign material.
If I found a floater, I would've taken a few pics of it and sent them over to the source, in PM. I wouldn't have brought it on the public board unless the source didn't handle the situation properly.

Hey, thanks for the reply, send me over the batch number and I'll take a look into it. You mentioned it was Test C that crashed, so I am assuming this is one of the earlier batches because the batches within the past 1-2 months have not had any crashing issues. Quick question, the vial with the floater- was it partially crashed as well? I ask because some of the earlier Test C that was crashing would have congregated crystals, and along with the darker GSO carrier oil, looked like floaters.
I think you make a very good point that all customers should inspect their products. We would never intentionally or knowingly sell anything that would be harmful to customers, but mistakes do happen. If you do find glaring problems with the product once you receive it, we'll be happy to replace to refund (Bitcoin) you. Floaters are absolutely a concern and I would gladly discuss it with customers before they throw it in. In several instances, we've been able save product due to the customer reaching out.
No disrespect to you brother. I know you are a solid contributor here. Just a different opinion. I believe this IS the venue to bring it to everyones attention regardless of how 24k handles it. As DW mentioned, he almost missed it, thus others could too if not paying close attention. This board is about safety for the members first not loyalty to the source. No disrespect 24k. You seem like a guy that takes pride in his product and customer service and I think you handle situations with grace but all threads are for the members first.
I dont understand why you dont want a replacement though DW. You said you liked the gear.
I agree, I'm always open to feedback, good or bad. The only thing I ask that customers refrain from openly talking about is sensitive information such as shipping information (times, location, stealth, etc), payment information, specific pharmaceutical brands, etc.
I agree too that this is a members before sources board and thread. I've refrained from posting sales information and am really here to answer questions, respond to feedback, and to be available for customers. I think there may be times in which customers "jump the gun" so to speak, and don't give me a chance to explain certain items or fix certain issues. I think this is fine too because if one person has this issue, it probably means other people may have the same issue. It's good that we has these issues out so everyone can read and learn. My biggest ask of anyone who is reading and thinking of purchasing, to really take the time to read through this thread- if not the entire thread at least the first 10 pages and 10 most recent pages. Most of this thread has been on-topic and many questions and concerns have been answered and addressed. I understand it's a lot of information, but I also think it's great that it is all condensed into this one thread. I think it would be really worth your time if you're thinking of buying, to take a read through his entire thread. Thanks.

I have never purchased from you so I can't speak of quality or T/A or anything else related to your gear but I will give credit where credit is due.
I've seen many sources make an appearance on Meso and most of them start out very respectful and willing to swallow their pride and take the beatdown at first but you can tell when the orders start coming in and they're making money because their attitude changes and it doesn't take long. They seem to forget that this isn't a source board and if they're going to use it as one then they have to swallow their pride and quite a bit of shit with it and be thankful for being able to generate sales with no advertising costs. But they don't. They get arguementative and condecending and finally confrontational and crass. And then the shit gear starts rolling in.
You have been consistently professional and have delt with issues without taking it personal or acting butthurt. You seem very open to criticism and willing to improve and correct the issues. You have been very transparent. I'd be interested to see how successful you'd be at selling something in the legal realm ( I don't mean that condecending). Others sources should read this thread as a reference of how they should behave. (ex. @Hammer-Anabolics ...You fucking DICK!!!) For the sake of the members that have purchased from you...I hope your product is as good as your attitude.

I did like the gear. I just think that there are some serious conspiracy theorists on this board. And in order to be taken seriously, it can't even be fesable you have another agenda. I bet some member is at home right now thinking I'm astro or spetz trying to steal business from 24. So I just figured since I already pitched the vial and all 35 bucks is no big deal lol.
I understand what your saying. Some members are like that just to be confrontational. Others that are very respected and have been here long enough to know the long history here act like that because they recognize a pattern or similarity or behavior and they act like that to protect the members that don't know. Most of the time they end up being right and the person in question folds under pressure and the truth becomes apparent. If your motives are just, don't let the assholes that are being assholes for the sake of being assholes change your course. Your bringing this issue into the open was for just reason. Even the source agreed. If he wants to make it right...let him. My opinion. Also, we have the option to pm for a reason.

I appreciate the words. I'll try to continue doing what I'm doing. We do appreciate the business and feedback from the community and we're still trying to prove that we have no malicious intentions. There are policies we wish we could change (payment, minimums, tracking, etc) but they are simply in place for our safety and the future of 24k. Again, I appreciate that you've recognized the work I've put into creating the 24k brand and image.
Hey, I almost always assume the customer have honest intentions and are not purposefully trying to get free product. That being said, I always like to investigate and delve in a little deeper to the feedback so I can better understand the how and why, and at the same time I'm happy to work with you on making it right. My goal is to use feedback to improve our products and how we do business, so even if you have negative feedback, don't be afraid to share.

I don't think there is any issue with him bringing it to the board. However, throwing it out and not having a picture wasn't the right move in my opinion.
Meso isn't a source board, but the intent of the Underground as I understand it is to provide unbiased reviews and uncensored discussion of sources. That frequently doesn't happen for all the reasons that many of us are aware of (referring to the unbiased part).
I'm not going to question desertwarrior as I am not a conspiracy theorist (like he alluded to), but I think it is logical to show proof if you can of what you found. Granted some people might be worried about the security risk of posting a picture of a vial, but there are ways to minimize that risk.
With a photo we'd all be able to get a better sense of what the floater was -- contamination, hair, crystallization, etc.
I appreciate desertwarrior bringing it to the community, but I hope anyone reading will visually document any similar experiences in the future so that a thorough assessment can be made. I'll check my vials tomorrow to see if I notice anything askance, but I always check when I receive as well and I hadn't noticed anything -- doesn't mean I didn't overlook anything.

Yep. There are people with ulterior motives all around. But if you have pure motives then let the source take care of things and report back how it went (if you so choose). Don't let fear of potential accusations undermine what you would do in a normal situation.
24K seems to be willing to take care of this issue for you, desertwarrior. So far he has been very different than most sources that roll through Meso. Let us know how things turn out if you would. I haven't encountered any issues with his products or his operation, but I've made some special requests that he willingly fulfilled and didn't have to. Every promise he has made to me so far he has kept for what that is worth.

I suppose I'd always prefer to have a picture to back up the claim, seems a little weird he just chucked the gear, too. When he doesn't have any evidence, no reason to potentially start a public witch hunt.
Certainly this isn't a source board, I enjoy that about our board. But also we should expect a little evidence for a claim, no?

Just want to put in my two cents here. I have ordered from 24k and I received the test cyp that had the crashing. Problem, no floaters or anything AFTER I heated it up, but it would crash all the time, and the pip was fukin bad. I emailed 24k and explained the crashing problem and the pain and without hesitating he replaced all three vials, with the same product and that product is great. I am currently running his test cyp and I'm thoroughly impressed with my results so far. I am also running his tren a, and that shit is crae crae; the strength gains are incredible!
Of course, this is just personal opinion and experience, I have no tests or anything.
Also, to proactively shut down any shill comments I am just a consumer, most of you know that already though.
