24week cycle log

Time for an update. I’m still not gaining weight and keep filling out but I feel like it’s time for some cutting before getting back at it. So starting today calories are getting cut to improve insulin sensitivity and body composition. Here some updated pictures from this week:

now using the RP diet app to help keep track of calories and mass/cutting phases.

App really makes the macros calc easy, given I’m on a cycle fats are lower then the apps suggestions.
 
Almost One week in to my small cutting phase and weight is trending down well:

I underestimated my weight when setting up my diet but essentially started at 217.8 and down at 215.9 this morning. Calories at 2500 non training and 2700 training days. Really love the to app for its features, makes setting up meals easier.

Got labs updated after some 4 weeks on 750test and 750 bold:

Currently finishing up my meal and ready for a deload next week. Strength has not been impacted by cutting yet…. But we will see.
 
Starting a new meso after a nice deload week. and third week into my cut. down roughly 6lbs and sitting at 211 for two weigh ins in a row now. Today after gym:

- Currently eating around 2500 on training days and 2200 on non training days.
- Current 5 week meso; I add sets every week vs weight this block due to caloric deficit. Normally its a combination of both. 08E0D65C-8243-4D28-AE93-9C2FE25F4662.jpeg

- Not using any stims or fat burners yet but dont want to drop the calories to much more and will deploy clen and yohimbine as needed in futture weeks, PLan is to end up around 200lbs or so and hopefully right about 10% BF.
 
2week update. Pic yesterday morning after low carb days on weekend. Dropped calories this week down to an average of2100 a week with two high days still. Weight after this am was 207

Have another 4 weeks to go on this cut hoping to get to around 195isj
 
Another week progress update. Adjusted my training program focusing more on barbells vs machine for a bit. Cardio is still at 5 days a week. Weighed in 207 this morning after a low carb day yesterday and legs last night.
