25, low T, Mild Gyno - Before first cycle

Looking for opinions on my first cycle plan.

5' 10", currently 200ish, age is 25, 20-25% bodyfat atm (on the higher end of where it's been).
Gym 5x a week for most of the last 6 years, truth be told this year has been the least consistent due to some life changes (moving across the country, starting a second business), but recommitted a month back, and will remain on the 4x-5x a week moving forward again as I did previously.
Have had mild gyno since early puberty (12+ years now), played hockey growing up, was always in great shape, just couldn't get rid of gyno no matter how fit I was. Will 100% be having gyno surgery to remove it within the next two years, but want to really recomp my body to somewhere I plan on maintaining before doing so. Would ultimately like to remain 190-200 but 15ish% bf. With that, I've also had a hard time really putting on insane muscle. Have lifted heavy, done bulks and cuts (currently in a large size of that), and have always been pretty strong, just can't seem to really grow like I want to.

Met with a low T doctor 2 years ago... 320ish test levels first thing in the morning, I've never taken anything at all. Mind you I smoked weed somewhat regularly, but also lifted 5x a week and was 180ish at the time. Doctor told me I could start hrt, but he ultimately recommended against it and told me to quit weed and see how that worked first. Been two years, haven't been back, assuming the no weed has helped my levels, but haven't checked them, I'm guessing I'm 500 or lower though, will 1000% be getting them checked next week before I do a cycle. Should have done that before this post but really wanna get some opinions first.

Thinking I wanna do a beginner's cycle, super simple just Test E300 for 12 weeks and see how it works for me. Am initially thinking about doing 500mg a week, but upon research, deciding if I should do the injections once or twice a week (250 each if twice a week). Just looking for peoples opinions on the first cycle and if they would add anything in, or just make the first one as simple as possible (seem to see a lot of keep it simple recommendations). Or if people think I should cut some weight back before even starting a cycle all together. Like I said above, don't wanna loose a ton of weight, but not looking to bulk hugely either, just want to recomp before a gyno surgery in the next year or so.

Appreciate everyone's opinions / perspectives on it, will be doing a log once I start.

Ima list this one.

1. You’re away higher than 25% body fat imo. I’d say 30+. For your goals there is ZERO. Reason to touch steroids. ZERO. You need to put the fork down. Learn to diet. And learn to train. No offense it doesn’t look like you’ve been lifting 5x a week for years. You probably do not know how to train or diet properly. No offense what so ever I want to see you be better. Just instead of a cycle a reality check is needed.

2. When I was 18-19 I had a similar issue my test levels were 280 and 320 on two tests. Ended up cycling whatever later on since then whenever I came off I’d be in the upper 700 ranges.

That being said I also was in extremely good shape when I had “low test”. It could be a combination of things that caused that test. You’re my age and I doubt you’d have low T now. You have no blood work. But even if you’re in the 500s levels that is NOT low. That’s pretty standard and a healthy level.

3. Your gyno issue may be exacerbated by running a cycle if you don’t have a proper idea on how to manage your e2. If you’re dead set on this id HIGHLY recommend you do your research on that along with how to properly PCT and the risks involved.

You may end up fucking yourself up more. With your knowledge on training and diet I don’t think there is even a point to running a cycle. You won’t get anything out of it and will lose majority when coming off as tou don’t know what you’re doing.

4. Overall I don’t think you have any need what so ever to touch anabolics. You need to read a LOT on training and diet and think this through a bit.

Don’t blame genetics or low T. You’re limiting yourself. Follow a proper diet and program and you’ll reach your goals. IF you happen to actually need TRT go to a doctor and get it then. Be monitored properly. Just be informed.

Best of luck.

Like Pinapples said you don't need to touch any AAS. You are not growing because you really just need to learn how to properly diet, be it bulking or cutting.

At this point you need to cut down and get rid of a lot of that fat. You don't need to fuck yourself and do an insane deficit, but you do need a deficit in calories.

Do you know what your maintenance calories are currently?

If you are 25% that's 50# of fat. Which puts your LBM at 150#. If you're at 30% that's 60# of fat.

Also what's your training? Yeah 5x a week, but what does it consist of.

If you can, get updated labs.

Okay, first off all I appreciate your honesty.

I'll touch on few things I think pineapple missed.

You need to build muscular base and lose body fat first, follow some proven routine that works and study the nutrition.

Get experienced in the gym and in the kitchen for at least a year (but preferably 2-3 or so years).

Once you do progress naturally and get results by gaining muscle and losing fat only then think about using steroids. You will use that knowledge and experience here.

Study the steroids, different ones and most important like testosterone, dht and 19 nors.

Now for gyno primarily there is a serm called nolvadex, it is breast cancer medicine, it will not cure it, but it can prevent further growth by blocking the receptor site in the breast area.

Finally, if you still decide to use steroids and not listen to us, then at least do study these things or it can end up worse than it already is.

Don't ever start cycle with that high body fat % it can be very bad for your health.

Don't waste your natural potential for nothing.

I like to say, you don't learn to drive with Ferrari, you learn to drive with Fiat first.

good for you for posting pics. definitely not easy.

learn more about nutrition. you starting to consistently weight train is essential doing a mini first cycle. your body recomps very easily AT THE START. get a few years under your belt and then you can decide if this is something you want to pursue.

I hope you listen tbh.

Appreciate all of your guys help. As I mentioned, this year as a whole has been tough in terms of fitness, I was at 4-5 years of consistent 4x-5x a week gym with a push pull leg set, but this last year or so, just really not much at all. In that time, went from 170-220 at my highest, now back at 200ish. Was thinking I was a lower BF than a lot of you guys think, so I appreciate the feedback on that, regardless of the number, sounds like I need to get back to my peak before thinking about a cycle. Going to get labels done again just to see, as I had mentioned previously I had done labs and been Low T prior, but never went back to recheck after quitting weed, which I've done for 2 years now. Won't plan a real cycle till I feel it's needed. Real reason I was thinking about it was back when I previously had low T and was what I would consider pretty decent shape, I was thinking about doing a cycle rather than HRT, but really wanted to see the effects of weed first. At this point though, was really looking at T as a crutch in regaining the body I previously had / brining me to a new level. Will take your guys advice though and get back to where I was and at that point reevaluate if a cycle is the right next step. Appreciate all of your opinions!

If you want some type of enhancement for weight loss I would advise semaglutide but you would need to learn to keep the weight off after.

if I were you id do PSMF, lose that weight as fast as possible, when your tired and cant take it take a break eat at maintenance. your not goin to diet all that off In one cut, if you go slow its gonna take forever. diet hard, take a break for a week at maintenance or two, then diet hard again.

This is the first time I've heard of PSMF, did an hour or so of reading about it tonight and think this is a great option for me. Gonna give this a go (on and off) for the next few weeks and see what comes of it. Seriously appreciate this idea as well as the other guys streering me clear of a cycle obviously before I'm anywhere near ready for it.

I think you'll do well your obviously love to eat, the protein will keep you full. maybe add some fish oil to get fats, could combine with intermittent fasting too

Protein pure protein! I need the protons!

But seriously. The TEF of protein always fascinated me and 4 cals of protein isn't always truly 4 calories after it goes through the body

You need gyno surgery NOW. You're lying to yourself with everything else you hope to do. Once you get gyno surgery, you'll look like an entirely different person.

By doing a cycle or lifting now (don't lie. You can't even do 20 pushups now), all you will do now is make your gyno much larger, much more prominent, and you will be miserable. You have nothing else that will improve and you have no need to improve anything else before gyno surgery. You do not have "mild gyno". You have severe gyno.

It's time to get a credit card, and get that operation done. After you have your gyno removed, then go think about doing a cycle (you need TRT probably). And don't even look at any herb or testosterone booster or take anything without having a large supply of Tamoxifen or Raloxifene.

And tell that surgeon to remove any and all gland possible. Go to someone who does this surgery a lot and who is reputable. Take the credit card, and pay. If you can't get a credit card, and can't find another way to afford it, then start saving.

What does your training and diet look like now more specifically? I’m not trying to be rude but I would’ve expected 6 years of gym to have a more pronounced effect on a physique. Since you said you bulk/cut but don’t change much maybe you can try to improve your workout routine too!

Since you’re already here I’m sure if you post in a bit more detail you can probably get some productive advice to get moving on your goals.

Where are you at right now in terms of cardio/frequency too?

I’ve gained too much weight in the past and when you start at a point where you’ve got a lot of extra weight on getting some solid consistent cardio in with the extra bodyweight really can get the weight off faster than a lot of folks expect.

this is good advice. I don't know what goals are, just to look good etc, but no one will look good with gyno. if your plan Is to get lean and look athletic those things will always be there. I would get the surgery before messing with AAS and whatever you do don't let that mess come back.

Exactly.
Cardio is king at your stage and after 3 months of an hour a day, you'll look and feel like a completely different person.
Three months then post pics.
You can do it.

You can't know if it's gyno until you get your body fat percentage WAY down. Looks like just chest fat to me.

Get serious about diet and training. Make it your life. Wake up in the morning and learn something about nutrition and weight lifting. When you have a plan in place, leave everything you have in the gym. Come out of that gym sore as hell. Expend yourself to get every last rep you can. Progressively lift heavier weights.

Prove to yourself how dedicated you can be brotha. Get hot and sexy for the ladies.

Nothing wrong with getting t levels up but considering your current development, just getting a solid training program and diet in place should make a difference.

I suggest focusing on cardio to get the ball rolling.

The best cycle you can run at your level of fitness IMO-

(16 weeks)
500mg of stop-eating-shit ED
1cc of reduced calories ED
200g protein ED
45-60 mins of strength training M-F
45 mins of steady-state cardio M,W,F

This is the exact "cycle" that I used almost 6 years ago to transform *naturally*...FYI my BF%
was around 30% and TT was around 400(so drop the excuses).

Lay a foundation, and don't even think of putting a needle anywhere near your buttocks until you can see a smidge of abdominals poking through- Respectfully

Best of luck

This is solid advice. Something else to think about. The higher body fat you are (more adipose tissue) the more you will covert test to estrogen. This will exacerbate your current issue.

Get body fat below 20%, get diet dialed in, get LBM up… get surgery… THEN consider AAS
