2nd cycle: 12 week test/mast/var/clen/t3

First cycle consisted of a 6 week cycle of test p (300/week) and var (50 ed). Only cardio was bjj and I had great strength, looked lean and good.

One thing led to another (illness, injuries, exams, life) and had to be kept away from the gym for a while and got fat. I've been planning this cycle the second I was healed. I'm right now at 230.

Training will be The Gauntlet, from John Meadows. I will do 20-30-40 minutes cardio (depends if it's interval or jogging/ how I feel) 4x per week and BJJ 4-5x per week.

12 weeks of shredding, cycle consists of:

1-8: Test E 300/week (Monday/Thursday)
1-8: Mast E 400/week (ditto)
9-12: Test P 300/week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
9-12: Mast P 400/week (ditto)
7-12: Var 50mg ED
1-12: Clen 20mcg to 80mcg cycled (one week on/one week off)
1-8: T3 first week at 25mcg, then up dose at 50mcg

Arimidex on hand for sides

PCT:

13-17: Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
13-17: Clomid 50/25/25/25

Well, figured it'd be nice to switch from E to P and able myself to take the PCT sooner.

I've got a big goal, that's why I decided to get what it takes to help me accomplish it.
 
I think my cycle is pretty simple to be honest. The only new compound per se is the mast. If I can't handle the clen and t3 I will just drop it.

As for reaching my goals, it takes heart. PEDs are just there to help.
