Several people have said it and you’re not the first to try this. Get rid of about 120g worth of protein shake (2-3 scoops a day is PLENTY) and find a way to eat more whole food.

I promise you the results will speak for themselves.

For 5’10 210 that’s pretty low protein for my liking.

you’re going to want to continually add food through the cycle btw. A bulking diet is no more static than a cutting diet.

Side note: any compounds that drastically increase hunger? Or natural ways for that matter? My old drug problems really did a number on my appetite so this cycle I’m really pushing myself to eat big and clean

Nothing reliably replaces the will to eat when not hungry.

EQ and MK677 seem to help some people.
 
Here's my typical diet guys:
mon-fri:
morning(5:30am): 2 scoops of super greens, 1 pc of fruit, 40g protein shake.

first break at work(9:15am): as much trail mix and fruit as i can fit in my gullet lol

Between first break and lunch (10:30am): 40g of protein shake

Lunch(11:30am): left overs (steak, chicken, rice, veggies, etc)

Between lunch and last break(1:30pm): 60g protein

Last break(2pm): something small like yogurt or granola bars

***Workout at 3:15***

get home, chill out and get diner ready.

Dinner(6pm): steak, chicken, veggies, rice, etc. etc.

Before bed(9:15pm) 60g of protein shake.

Edit: Weekends:
morning: 6-8 whole eggs
Lunch: a sandwhich or something
Dinner: the usual, steak, chicken, veggies, rice, etc. etc.

rinse and repeat

What exactly does your 60g protein shake consist of? 6 scoops of powder?
 
Bros. Meal preppin is where its at. Gotta thank you guys again for pushing me to working on my diet. I see this is where the hard work (and big money) REALLY comes in. But, first 3 days hitting goal (~3700 cals) had me constipated af, im not used to eating this much. some good coffee and protein shake cleared that right up, though. Again though, thanks guys for not sugar coating and patting my head when salt and knuckles were what was being called for.

Try adding some psyllium husk right before bed.
It helps make me regular, which prevents me from feeling bloated all day and that goes a long way to pounding down more food.
Make sure to drink plenty of water with it. If constipation still is persistent, try magnesium or worst case senna leaf. Be careful with senna though, it is a gut stimulant so it can cause a lot of gas and diarrhea

As for things that increase hunger... honestly LISS. I find I can eat more kcal than I end up burning during cardio. But beyond that, not much. I know a ton of things to help curb the appetite though!

no need to curb my appetite. a decade of drug abuse did the job just fine lol
(3+ years clean and still never hungry and easily full from small meals)

Low intensity steady state (LISS) cardio
Walking, easy cycling, light swimming
Doesn't burn a ton of kcal but makes me hungrier over the course of a few days
 
I find that with an appetite....well, its kind of a learned skill. Once your body truly starts demanding the calories it gets easier. Practice makes perfect. The more you eat, the easier it gets.

In a couple years you'll be on here trying to cut saying you can't deal with the hunger. Bodybuilding is funny like that.

I've heard bodybuilding referred to as competitive dieting. its not far off the mark.

its funny you said that... yesterday, I hit 3710 cals (macros were not perfect but enough protein from food, anyways,) around 9pm... i was hungry again! i hit 4100 cals yesterday total :cool:

its the beginning of week 2 (3rd pin was today), weighed in at 210lbs... food must work o_O

Edit: i did just eat 4 eggs and 3 slices of bacon, probably added a lb to the scale

both nipples are a tiny bit tender. one is puffed up a little. I've been readin so much shit and i understand there is no 1 size fits all solution.
Letro, Ralox, AI's, blah blah blah. heres the big question: preventative maintenance when using hCG?? cant find info ANYWHERE!

its currently day 2 of noticed nipple tenderness + slight swelling of one. might be hitting up the DR here in a bit... Any and all info, advice, or opinions are welcome

Edit: i have nolva, clomid, adex, and asin on hand. bout to order some letro (worst case scenario usage), Ralox (to try to reverse the problem, then from now onward ill be implementing AI's on cycle), and some pharma Nolva and Clomid (needed some anyways for future cycles).

blood work will be taken but damn... i was hoping to get bloods at 6 weeks to get a solid estimate of test and e. 3-4 weeks.... is that too early?

Take it easy with your plans to bombard your system with AI and stuff.

what ancillaries should i use while running hCG on a test cycle? hCG can increase estrogen and prolactin, correct?

I feel you, just did 2 days of .75mg adex and 40mg of nolva. gunna skip adex tomorrow and go .75mg eod and 40mg nolva daily until this clears up then i'll use .75mg adex e3d to keep estro in control. sound good?

not gunna lie, this is my first nip tenderness ever and it freaked me out but im calm now lol

Never used hcg, sorry dont know.

Everone is different. But only 3 weeks in. The amount of ai and nolva for many people would crash e2 quick.

I Can only speak for myself. I have always had puffy nips. But i would rather have slightly puffy nips then crashed e2.

crashed e2 can ruin 1-3 weeks of a cycle.

.75 mg of adex is a lot!
Thats 2.25 mg eod. You will crash e2 for sure.

wait until you get bloodwork. Go in 1 week to get bloods and then asses your e2 management

4 weeks for blood is close enough. If you can get blood for e2 at 4 weeks to see what its at. Then again at 6-7 weeks to see if the amount of AI is the right amount. I would not take any AI
Until after your 4 week bloods for e2. Too see a baseline of....500 mg of test a week causes x amount of e2 increase. Then take .25 mg 2x a week or MWF then get bloods 6-7 weeks in, 2-3 weeks after the first bloods to see if your AI dose is working good.


This would be ideal.
