Since you like to drink your calories and protein I have an idea for you. Here’s a shake I make from real food. (I put a range for some ingredients you can adjust for your needs)
1- 2 bananas
2 containers Greek yogurt (I like fage 21grams protein per serving... use two)
2-4 tablespoons natural peanut butter
6-12 tablespoons liquid egg whites
1 cup berries (pick your favorite)
Two handfuls spinach
4-8 oz whole milk (or almond)
This has just led me down a road of pure liquid nutrition (I'm joking; although, there are some possibilities I'm conjuring up lol)
any updates? How is it going?
It's going well, about to start week 6 on sunday, should i get bloods at beginning or end of week 6? been killing it in the gym, upped the intensity and time in. before i was putting in about 45 minutes of solid work a day. I'm now at 1h15m minimum. People are noticing my recent swoleness. Ladies at work are saying a lot more frequently "I/We love you, Limitphobic!" (name changed for obvious reasons haha), and some chicks cant help but toss the casual touch in followed by the casual "Wow your arms are so big and firm" shpeel haha (not gunna lie, loving it haha).
weighed in yesterday at 211lbs, so gained 3lbs and definitly lost some fat. Been lingering at 3700 cals a day and macros have been on point (most days. there are the occasional random "Woah shit thats a lotta fat ive had today" days)
today was shoulder and abs day:
DB shoulder press 3x10-12 @ 45,55,45
ez bar front raises 3x16 @ 30,30,20 (weak, i know, but i wanted to feel a good burnout burn, and my front and middle delts are fine, its the rear delt that needs some punishment)
face pulls 3x12 @ fuck, i can never, remember the weights on that machine
rear flys 3x12 @ 70,90,90
Abs:
lying single leg extensions @ till exhaustion
then butterfly kicks @ till exhaustion
(alternating the two exercises for a total of 6 sets)
what do you guys think?
