3 day protocol

How do you define a 3 day protocol? Inject Monday, do you see Wednesday as the next dose day or Thursday? 3 full days (Friday) or 72 hours?

I’m injecting TA-1 which can be dosed daily at a lot higher quantities than I’m doing so I’m not worried about over dosing but curious how people interpret 3 days.

When I have done a 3 day per week protocol, I injected M, W, F. Now if you are injecting EVERY 3 days, yes use every 72 hours. So Monday @ 0800 then Thursday @ 0800. Does any of this matter, probably not. However, nothing wrong with being precise.
