3 week cutter - DNP, Phentermine, Test C

Its funny how DNP draws you to the couch on higher doses. It should be sponsored by couch-manufacturers around the world :eek:

One of my first runs, I took something borderline silly amounts of it. Was it 500 or 600 in one go on day 3 (so 900 effectively). I couldn't move!

My family would look at me and go "you've been there all day sweating and gurning, you allright" and I'm like "yup, a-ok" :rolleyes: Tried to go to the grocery story and ended up standing by the chocolate milk sweating like a pedo in nursery feeling like I just wanted to .... well, find a couch and lie down.

Take it easy buddy, slow and steady wins the race, just ask the turtle ;)

haha i hear ya. still on 400mg for 3 days. i'll run that for at least 5 before deciding to go higher or now. luckily the sweats don't hit me during the day. just when i lie down at night. completely soaked through a pillow O_O
 
Day 7
400mg DNP
200mg Test
no change really. heavy sweating but not noticeable heat
Day 8
600mg DNP
Took 600mg this morning. Seems i have a high tolerance to sides and can deal with the sweating. still cold weather in chicago so i'll blast now before we start getting more 60 degree days.

any opinions on adding t3? i ran 4 weeks of T3 a couple months ago and got good results with clen. low doses. Should i add T3 into this cycle and give it a boost?

so far down about 4lbs but water retention is up. love handles look like sponges.
 
Finishing up a long term cut. 235-165 (28%-10%)
currently at 179lbs

Next three weeks planned out as such

Week 1
Phen 37.5mg ED
DNP 200mg ED
no test

Week 2
Phen 37.5mg ED
DNP 400mg ED
400mg Test

Week 3
Phen 37.5mg EOD
DNP 200mg ED
400mg Test
(Try and shed some water at the end of this week, add in T3 to jumpstart production after DNP ends)

Week 4-12 (begin lean bulk)
400mg test

i'm looking for a modest(ish) cut of about 15lbs these 3 weeks and it seems more than reasonable. but i'll be posting here daily to update on sides and diet fluctuations

current Diet is Heavy Keto with weekly glycogen refeed
macros:
160g P
70g F
30g C

may continue to update through weeks 4-12 if interested but i figure that's a standard test only bulk so not as interesting as the militant 3 week cut

Week three is go to 600 of DNP. I found once you go up you can only go up. Going from 400 to 200 you might as well come ofd
