Now i forced to stop gym because for 4 months
travel from two country , and have 16 hour PM&AM .
yah 4 months like hail.
My wight now 94kg Bf26%
i think glycogen storage is now not function good.
i think to 16 week
1-16 week 250mg test
2-10 week 100mg tren ace EOD
2-12 week T3 25mcg
1-2 week dibol 50mg daily .
and diet keto with insulin pre Workout and post workout .
high carb with insulin 7iu each time with 70g carb .
and for t3 its high dose with tren its safe for my muscle?
i think to 50-75mcg
