I kicked up the volume and reps lately, but rarely train to failure, so recovery is quicker. Sometimes I'll train my arms a few days in a row, but it's very high reps. Today I did 3 sets of standing dumbbell curls for 50 reps/set, 3 sets of standing behind the head tri extensions for 30 reps/set, but very light. I'll mix things up a little nxt week and do a power day with lower reps, deads, squats, bench. Just try to keep the body guessing right nowStill low volume, high intensity style training?

I weighed in at 211 lbs my last show. I've came in as light as 198 and as heavy as 226 before. But I doubt I'll do another anytime soon, I have too much going on rt now and don't feel like spending the money on an organization that gives nothing back.
