44 years old and need help

the man needs to go low carb and get back in the gym, its simple

I dont think he even needs a GLP because hes never been fat before and doesn't have an addiction to food.

maybe TRT if you know what youre doing. since youve done cycles before I guess you do...
After doing a ton of reading, it's just going to be TRT and Tirz for probably the next 6-12 months. I'm going to start with a 1000 cal deficit and just get the diet dialed in. In the past week I've been doing 1 hour training and 1 hour on the bike at night. Macros are mostly protein (150g) and lower carbs.

My natural test level is in the toilet and likely under 300 ng/dl because I had to come off after the accident (long story). The TRT will help with this.

I'm not going to run HGH because I can't really afford it and I don't know much about it.

Thank you brother.

First of all, man, it´s great that you´re recovered from the accident!
From that question it seems you might maybe need a coach more than AAS, so your approach to that matter seems very reasonable! Maybe invest on some proper coach who will help you build the foundations and knowledge you´ll need later on to maintain or grow the physique you want.
Good luck!
Yes, I'm glad I survived it too but man it has turned my life upside down. I'm slowly working towards getting it all back. Thing are looking up.

When I get back to work soon, I will have more funds to possibly hire a coach. For the next year the plan is just to slowly lose the weight. I'm already down 2 lbs from last week.

Thank you brother.

Can I ask a stupid question? I've had another forum specializing in carnivore and fasting tell me just to go on a long term water fast for 30 days. I know that I have the will power to fast for 30 days, but what would that do to my metabolism? And yes I'd probably burn off more muscle as well, but I'm already skinny fat, so it's not like I have much to lose at this point. I just want the fat off as fast as possible. I really don't want to go this route, but if it's faster than I might consider it.

I will check out discounted labs. I will investigate the TRT route and it looks like I will need to order enough Test C to stay on TRT dosages for at least a year.

Edit: Also, thanks for the reply and the info. I've ordered a full panel from discounted labs

Start off with a 24-hr water-only fast once a week and 72-hr water-only once a month and see how you do. Trying to go for 30 days is risky without medical advice…

yeah TRT is important for you, forget the coach, waste of money, they aren't magic. You don't need to pay a guy to tell you to eat less in an email once per week.

I don't think you'll have as much trouble as you think dude, like I said, just starting moving again and not eating junk will do most of the work.

IMO GLPs are for like people who have been obese their whole lives and struggle with food.

you know what to do, its just going to take time, again, do not push too hard by being impatient, you will end up lowering your BMR too much and you might have difficulty losing weight on 1500kcal a few months in.

Tirz has a number of positive benefits including lipids, mood stability and addictive behaviors in general. It's even being trialed for cocaine use disorder. It's a pretty cool drug Not just for land whales.
