Minus this fucked up sounding injury, how was the workout??? Am I a pussy for thinking this shit was tough, LOL?

This shirt ain't suppose to be that dark grey, I don't think I've sweat so much before. The 275lb deadlifts were light for me but after 5 mins straight 30 reps total after the 315 4x6 it added up huge and my lats were already past fatigued because of the sets before hand.
Obviously my posing sucks big time but I ain't flexing and I'm feeling wide. Thanks WP for the workout it's cool trying a real BB style back workout I've done a couple chest ones but never back.
BTW weighed in at 197 today I haven't measured body fat and I was too tired to try and take multiple pics flexing and such so this is me semi flexed only took one photo so is what it is, once again I suck at posing
