so as i mentioned in my last post. was supposed to do a slight deload based on a conversation i had with my coach. i said fuck that. i needed this session. finally got some decent sleep and adequate nutrition in me.

deadlifts

rest pause to finish the last 3 reps

not entirely happy with this session. but i lightweight expected it after working from 8am-3am the day before then waking up at 6:45am. Along with not eating as much as i could or should have. so glad that these long days with my second job are over with now that the team that may or may not be in my area won the NBA championship. shit has been crazy the last couple weeks.

curious what i weigh considering i havent weighed myself in 2 weeks. and havent eaten like i should. ill get that number before tomorrow mornings session.
 
Take an ECA stack first thing in AM, do 20 minutes MINIMUM fasted cardio. That helped me stay lean even on a big caloric surplus
ECA on a bulk huh? Never heard of someone doing that before. Did you gain nice size and strength while doing that? I'm currently doing 30 min cardio (usually non fasted, just whenever I have time to go) 3-4 times per week.

Yeah, just the ECA in the AM, not anytime before lifting. ECA never really hurt my strength gains. Seemed to boost my metabolism and also gave me a nice kick in the AM. Just started doing it again, but threw in HGH Frag.

Push press: 265x3x2
Paused deadlift: 315x6x2
Chins: 262x7,7,6
Shrugs: 280x15x3
Face pulls: 190x15,3,1 (rp)


I was supposed to get 5 reps with 265 on my push press, but I knew mid-set that wasn't going to happen so I did 2 triples. I'll try for 265x5 again in 2 weeks.

@Wunderpus do you think cycling clen would be fine to use instead of ECA? I already have some clen on hand.

I know youve heard this before, but you need to come over to the other side. At least for a try. Ive seen the numbers you out up already (which you could probably win a comp with), if you did pure strength training Im sure your numbers would be ridiculous.

You know I'm an ex-addict, too. It was my IV drug addiction that made me ineligible to ever donate blood. Cured of Hep C now luckily, but still can't donate.

It really doesn't remind of shooting up at all with the huge size needle with a tube running off of it. I got butterfly needles off eBay, the tube is oxygen hose and the bags are Halloween props. Apparently real IV bags are like $20 each and the Halloween props seem to work fine. Drugs are the last thing on my mind when I'm trying to drain myself of some blood.

My RBC/hematocrit gets ridiculous quick, so this is what needs to be done. My fiancee is right nearby in case I was too pass out, so the risk isn't bad.

Anyway, good to have you on board officially. Also, Jay is right, come on over to the PL side. Just for a few months and see if you like it.

Yeah y'all are organized but damn y'all make it look complicated. Lol. I like to get a good pump and max every few months.

By the way I've got a little amateur BP comp tomorrow. Talked about it in the biggest member thread. Maybe if I do well I'll come to the dark side, maybe.

I don't like the wishing of "good luck" because for most things lucks got nothing to do with it. So I will say "kick ass".

@OdieM The Sheiko four day split is a nice, easy to follow place to start. Just eat like a bodybuilder and you'll keep your abs. Hasn't prevented you from being crazy strong already.

I remember you saying that you put 505 up for 1 I believe.
Using the 1 RM calculator a 504 1RM says you can get 135 for 82.
Hit those two criteria...I'll sent you a cookie. In fact, tell me your favorite cookie and I'll have my wife bake you a batch of homemade.

Texas method. I know nothing of PL but it seems like an easy place to start and recommended by others here
