5 Guys....Not just a burger joint anymore

What kind of elbow pain were you having? I've been having what i can only assume is tendinitis and its starting to affect my training...

Yeah it was/is tendinitis or nerve pain. It's common from squaring and benching a lot. Look into the compression cuff I mentioned or the Slingshot one. Both are the same concept. I tried my buddies slingshot cuff and it definitely worked. I just like the Iron Rebel monster mini cuff cause it's a little bit bigger and covers more of the elbow.

Highly recommend it.

Thanks bro, I definitely will; I always pay for it if I squat without an SSB.
Hope your elbow keeps in line bow that you've got that lol.

Got a few things to hopefully help out with some nagging pains. Still gotta learn how to use the voodoo floss. But YouTube is an amazing tool lol

Damn man, youre steady dropping. It was a joke at 1st, but you could really compete in the 198 if you drop weight before the weigh in. Im pretty sure MP said he goes about 205 but drops before weigh in and rehydrates.

I'm going through some really crazy shit right now I haven't mentioned publicly. I'm not really eating or sleeping, but I'm still smashing some big weights.

You and me both brother. Tonight was just a crazy night. I'll have to hit you up. But I hit 500 even on DL easy. Could have hit 3 more. Oh and did I mention it was beltless.

Noticed on video I wasn't maintaining my uprightness going into the hole so I decided to drop weight. This has always been an issue with me and squatting. I guess with time I'll become more proficient. I've only been squatting for 2.5 years if that. I didn't squat at all the first 1.5 or so I started lifting cause I hated doing them.

Looking leaner after this week of high stress and not eating, so there's a silver lining.

I'm liking the new look. I'm stronger than I was almost thirty pounds heavier at the end of my first cycle.

If you can keep the strength and have the look its a win win. You, Rogder, and Rob are all doing it. I blame it on the look, but I just cant do the diet like Id need to anymore. I ate "right" for years and used to hate meals. I enjoy food too much to sacrafice for abs.

Im gonna end up losing some weight and muscle after the surgery though, so maybe Ill give in and tone up then. Plus I gotta find a new program. Thinking of going back to TM and doing the 4 day

I'll up my calories at some point. With the way things are going right now my eating schedule is off. Everything is off, it feels like my whole world is upside down right now.

Never tried the TM four day, it looks better than the plain version though.
