This right here is the biggest truth, any skinny bugger can have abs it takes a beast to have traps you gotta lift heavy and work hard to make your neck disappear

exactly! i see some 160 pound dudes at the gym checking their abs. aint hard when youre barely eating. takes alot to eat 5k calories a day and lift big weights not chasing a pump. i do like a good pump tho.

im also definitely part of team no calves also. still got 48" box jumps though.

Hell yeah, you could not even lift and have abs at 160lbs, I've seen it plenty of times. No real accomplishment there. Weighing 200+ and lifting big boy weight while having abs though, that takes real work.

My calves look like I don't even lift, lol.
 
My calves are 18" last I measured and I think they've been that size since I was 12 lol. I'm naturally very bottom heavy. It's a struggle getting my upper body to keep up.

I'm with you ruck calves are 16.5" naturally no pump and I was so bottom heavy until I started doing lots of OHP and widened out a bit. My calves are all genetic my brother is 5'11 140lb and he'd out calve everyone those things are at least 18" and ripped solely genetic too. I would like to have robs shoulder genetics though over calf genetics

I'm gonna try 385 for doubles. I can hit it touch and go just fine. 2 paused reps may not happen. If it gets ugly I'll pause the first one and TNG the second one

Bike to the gym

I had to call my session almost immediately. Didn't even get through my warm-up on bench and then tried box squats and couldn't get through my warm-up there either. Elbows are absolutely wrecked. I officially can't perform any of the big three at the moment. Might have to deload the rest of this week. All the stress, weight loss and too many RPE 10's is taking its toll.
 
Well fellas. Not sure what happened but it pulled. I stopped immediately. Not sure how bad yet but doesn't look so good
