The movements with a "X" are not done to give my shoulder a break, it's feeling 95% good but I'm not gonna risk it just for my volume bench day so I'll wait until Monday to add pressing movements again.

Weight was back to 216lbs today

Not much of a session really without the lower body work. Incline moved pretty well. I used +25 for weighted chin ups. Cardio was ten minutes of the stair stepper and ten minutes of incline treadmill.

I considered just trying to push through lower body today and finally decided it would be a bad idea. I tried a stretch recommended to me by @justaphan called a banded pigeon stretch. I can't really tell how my hip is feeling yet, so I'll try to resume as normal on Tuesday.
 
Just getting caught up. Hope the injuries heel quickly guys.

One more reason to like @Perrin Aybara, he has about 75% as much body hair as I do which is quite a feat.

@RodgerThat hypothetically speaking what kind of boost to your lifts does running halo at 40mg the last two weeks before the meet produce?

Couldn't tell you I only did 3 days last time but I'd say I get about 50lb combined out of halo just on the 3 days and this way I can run it my final week of training then during my Deload everything will feel stupid light and I'll have be in tune with exactly when I should take it and at what dose for the best results

My friend with the strongman equipment didn't show up again today. I would've liked to make the strongman day a weekly thing, but without him and his equipment it's not possible. Just did a full body day instead.

lol, yeah, just the one day. He trains and competes seriously, so I'm assuming he must just be coming on different times. That doesn't work for me though, I've got my days and times planned out. Oh well.

I'm not having any pain when I'm sitting around the house, so that's a good sign. I still went ahead and avoided anything that might aggravate it today. I'm going to squat on Tuesday and most likely do conventional deadlift starting Saturday.
 
As most know I pulled strained did something to my hammie. It's been 5 days and still is pretty tender. Gonna more than like hold off another week before easing back into legs. Gonna start counting calories this week and track everything. Not sure where to run anything at yet but I'm gonna shoot for 4K cals on big lifts days and 3500-3750 on accessory and off days. Nice part of current workouts are my arms are filling out again

By filling out do you mean ripping all your shirts cause if so then ya they are filling out. What's the size of those pythons 18.5"?

My Bi's have always been a strong point for me. Before I used to work in a day to work em even during TM and Westside, but with sheiko I dont have the energy for another day. So if I were to add in a little work at the end of each workout how little do you think I could get away with and still benefit?

Or should I just say eff it and deal with it.

6 sets total I would say as a feeder kinda workout so 3 sets hammer curl 3 sets concentration or straight bar curl and call it.

I started out adding stuff at the end and after a few weeks I said screw it. I was too tired after the sessions as they were. With that said I don't think a few curls at the end would make or break it. Just do a few sets on days you've got the energy and if not don't worry about it.

Squatting 5 plates is so much better than 20 inch arms

Exactly, plenty of guys with big arms. Not so many with 1500+ totals.
