50# of muscle in 6 months!!

I didn’t read the link yet but when I joined the Army at age 18 I weighed 128#. About 6 months later. When I graduated Airborne school I was 175#. They practically shoved food down my throat, no weight training just PT- running and body weight exercises. I equate it to food, exercise, and raging hormones lol.

50# in six months isn't being called out, it's the 50# of muscle claim that's being called out. It's amazing what eating like a king and heavy physical activity will do to a body, no doubt there. 50# of muscle isn't possible though. Even with steroids galore

I will definitely agree, 50#of lean mass is highly unlikely. For me I know it was definitely just body weight in general, I was eating 4 cheeseburgers a day, 2 for lunch and 2 at dinner. Tons of fry’s. Breakfast was rediculous, eggs- sausage patties-grits-cerial-milk- fruit cup, believe me- I ate good there lol, but I know I didn’t gain 50# of lean mass

Agreed
Especially someone that is natural and hasnt trained before.

I just finished a 1 year bulk/recomp..
Including one cycle

I honestly put on 25ISH lbs of muscle in that one year.

THAT BEING SAID
I was in excellent shape before.
I was on gear before I took time off training.
Hadnt trained in 6ish years.

Muscle memory is a real thing, and I worked my fucking ass off.
The body remembers and I blew up

50lbs in 6 months naturally as a newbie.
Fuck off lol
