6 mile race and Test

I am running a 6 mile race soon.I am cruising at 200 mg of test per week. I am blasting in 1 week.I shot 300 mg of test last thursday instead of frontloading. I am running the race in 4 days. Should I pin anymore test before the race? Should I pin Test P the day before the race? Would increasing test help with the race?

I do not want calf pumps or shin pumps/pain/cramps so I am taking taurine to help with that stuff, started yesterday.
 
Me personally, I would just continue your normal pinning procedures, if it's not time to pin then don't do extra. Never really felt in an increase in stamina from test for long distance running, usually boosts my pride and confidence and running to fast too start and dead 3-4 miles in.

Yea I need to pace myself better this year. I am trying to beat 1 hr. I have before. Last year got 1 hr and 1 min!!! I was pissed. So close. I am confident this year though. I am honestly thinking about maybe pinning a little more test though. IDK. So you say just stay same schedule. Lets see if anyone else has anything to say.

An hour isn't too bad for a 10k, I used to run 6.5 miles in 45-50 mins average but there were some days when I would only do it just under an hour. I don't run anymore but when I did a lot when I was in the military.

Running kills gains man, just use the stationary bike

I don't run on a regular basis. Just this race, and possibly once a week/ every 2 weeks. Or ill run like ed for 2 weeks then take a break for a month. I am going to start 2-3 times a week. It really hits my hips and abs I feel.

Yeah I'd love to run again, it just kills my back
 
Ok my race is tomorrow. I was wondering would taking caffeine or ephedra be a bad idea?

I would think I would want a low heart rate during the race.

I wouldn't try anything you haven't done already... keep it simple, just have some caffeine for some energy.

I have done ECA. But Before a race I havent. You think it would be beneficial or hinder my performance...I don't want a heart attack lol.

Keeping it simple is def the way to go.
 
I think I am going to eat 2 sweet potatos 1 hr and a half before the race with 30g of protein shake. Then Drink somthing that has simple carbs like juice 30 min before the race, taking the caffeine pill with the juice. Then eat skittles 10 min before the race/as the race starts.

Yeah, that was my point. Don't do something unfamiliar to test it out on the day of the race if you want to place well. You don't know how you'll react. I can't imagine it would be helpful at all either but maybe. Gatorade sounds like a better choice. :)
