I am running a 6 mile race soon.I am cruising at 200 mg of test per week. I am blasting in 1 week.I shot 300 mg of test last thursday instead of frontloading. I am running the race in 4 days. Should I pin anymore test before the race? Should I pin Test P the day before the race? Would increasing test help with the race?
I do not want calf pumps or shin pumps/pain/cramps so I am taking taurine to help with that stuff, started yesterday.
