No track available, I don't do that fast type workouts. I prefer long distance, and tempos or moderate over reps. I might incorporate some reps but at slower than Daniel's paces.Do you ever go to the track for speed workouts? 400s, 800s, etc...
Any updates on this? I tried to check out pmcchris's log but couldnt find it in the search. Any who super thanks for this log, not much real info out there on epo.

Most runners do either 2-3 quality sessions a week, with the rest of the time spent running at low aerobic levels. I personally am a massive fan of the deload week, as rest is just as important for cardiovascular improvement as the work is itself.I dont know much about running, but dont they need to do deloads and take easy sessions too like strength/physique athletes? Maybe join a forum for runners and have them look over your programming for both running and other exercises/lifting you are doing.
