My left elbow has been hurting since yesterday. It feels like something sharp is poking the inside of my elbow. Last winter I busted my ass on the ice and landed on it. Its hard not to try and catch yourself when you are falling. So, doing heavy push downs w/ curl bar attachment is what has caused/causing the pain. I should have know better, I was just trying to hit the triceps from a different angle. I won't be doing those again.
I just ignored the pain this morning and did shoulders, but I started w/ a few lat pulls and trap bar deads top grip. One of these days I will starting listen to my body.

I was pretty happy w/ trap bar deads, the weight was, dare I say,....easy. After I finished with cardio I wanted to hit some abs, but I was drenched. With the a/c broke I came prepared 4-16oz frozen bottles of water 1-32oz 1/4 Gatorade and 3/4 water frozen, they thawed quickly, drank every last drop.
I bumped the tren up to 1ml, 1ml is easier to read then .7ml, as of this morning. So, 1ml EOD.
Also I have found that if you buy chicken from the Butcher's counter at Kroger's there is no fat and other bullshit on them for the same price. Before I would cut of all that nasty shit and lose about a lb on every 10lb. That's 140g of protein those cocksuckers were shorting me. Lol
