I know what I did wrong. The pre-filter w/ coffee filter got clogged, no drips for over 15hrs, so I used a syringe to suck up the oil in the coffee filter about 2-3ml (that's where I lost my other 2-3ml). Lessons learned. Next time old t-shirt.

I got enough for a good run on this cycle.

AC is broke at my gym and its 82° w/ 200% humidity from everyone blowing their hot garage breath all day. At least there were only a few people working out this morning. I wish this city had a real 24hr gym. If my dog wasn't so old I would just sell everything and move to Colorado. I feel I owe her comfort in her last few yrs. She has been through a lot with me and never complained once.

Will be ordering my blood work today from LabsMD. There is a doctor at my LabsMD location that I use to see, he told me to never come back bc I tested positive for methadone about three yrs ago. I don't think I should have any problems, its not like he will be the one taking my blood.

Crushed my arms this morning. I'm getting stronger everyday. Close grip benched 245 for 6 one set and 7 another, felt really good.

First pin w/ tren yesterday, no pip I'm happy about that. Pinned my shoulder w/ 25ga 1" and saw a couple "twitches" in my arm as the needle was going in. No tren cough, but I did have a weird taste in my mouth after. Also I went .7 ml, so it will be .7ml EOD.

Yesterday I forgot to try front squats bc I was a little freaked about my tren brew, so next time.

Got me a new gas grill the other day, got to put the bitch together today, should be fun.:rolleyes:

My left elbow has been hurting since yesterday. It feels like something sharp is poking the inside of my elbow. Last winter I busted my ass on the ice and landed on it. Its hard not to try and catch yourself when you are falling. So, doing heavy push downs w/ curl bar attachment is what has caused/causing the pain. I should have know better, I was just trying to hit the triceps from a different angle. I won't be doing those again.

I just ignored the pain this morning and did shoulders, but I started w/ a few lat pulls and trap bar deads top grip. One of these days I will starting listen to my body.

I was pretty happy w/ trap bar deads, the weight was, dare I say,....easy. After I finished with cardio I wanted to hit some abs, but I was drenched. With the a/c broke I came prepared 4-16oz frozen bottles of water 1-32oz 1/4 Gatorade and 3/4 water frozen, they thawed quickly, drank every last drop.

I bumped the tren up to 1ml, 1ml is easier to read then .7ml, as of this morning. So, 1ml EOD.

Also I have found that if you buy chicken from the Butcher's counter at Kroger's there is no fat and other bullshit on them for the same price. Before I would cut of all that nasty shit and lose about a lb on every 10lb. That's 140g of protein those cocksuckers were shorting me. Lol

That sucks with your elbow. Hope it's gonna get better bro! Did u try to warp it with a bandage during training? Helped me a lot with my wrist. The left one was hurting often during training. With a thight bandage around it, it got much better.

Its just a compress sleeve, but its way to tight now, I can only get it a few inched past my wrist, fingers turn blue quick. I've read a few posts from members saying Voodoo Floss is some good shit. I'm going to check them out.
 
I got this grill the other day, didn't get around it putting in together on Saturday, so I worked on it Sunday. Took my time putting it together, about 3hrs. Hooked the LP tank to it, turned the LP tank on, turned the burners on, pressed the spark button, and nothing. I was pissed, sweaty, and hungry. I dicked around with it for another 1hr, nothing. Just I was ready to take a shit on it and toss into the street then I realized that when I attached the hose to the LP tank and turned it on there was no sound. No gas sound. The tank was full just the fitting wasn't right. Got a new tank yesterday and it works fine.

I had my first bloody pin yesterday of Test C and Mast E. Pinned with a 23ga 1-1/2". Pulled that fucker out and blood ran down my ass, pretty nasty. No more 23ga. My Tren had a little bite to it also this morning, I think my technique was off on both of them.

No training tomorrow get bloods done. I may treat myself to a Carl's Jr. jalapeno burger, never had one.

I get that blood sometimes to in glute. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I still use 23g 1 1/2" on glute, but I switched to 25g 1" for quads n delts.

It felt like I was wasting oil. Lol I like 25ga 1-1/2" for glutes, I just got in a hurry yesterday for some dumbass reason.

Well I done my "good deed" that should last for 6 months. On my way to the gym this morning I saw this kid that trains there walking. I didn't stop and ask him if he need a ride bc he was almost there. But, I opened my mouth (which I never do) and asked him about it. He said he walked 8 miles to get there and it took him 3hrs.:eek: I noticed he was kinda just hanging around when I was finishing my cardio, so I asked him if he needed a ride home. It was a little farther than 8 miles and out in the sticks. Driving him home and on my way back I saw 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 2 deer, 2 raccoons (1 dead), and just about got railroaded twice. I thought for sure I would see Noah and his Ark next. Lol

Everything I got there, lol. That Taze shit made me feel sick to my stomach and the scoops are fucking massive if I remember right.

Walking 8+ miles each way to hit the gym.. Surely that kids dedication will pay off! That is pretty absurd though, somebody get that dude a bike.

I used Taze before, but this batch (lol) is different. The power has a different color, taste is not the same, effects are still to be determine. I'll use for a week if I'm not happy its going back.

He's just 20 y/o and has a car, but his parents are making him park it for 30 days bc he didn't get his insurance paid last month. At least he's smart enough not to sneak it out....not yet anyway.

This morning was legs and I remembered to try front squats. Not any better for me than normal squats. My heels come off the ground. I tried putting a 5lb plate under them, its unfordable and awkward. I know its a flexible issue, hamstrings are way to tight. All I can do is just keep working on them and it.

The last two pins of Test and Mast have not gone well. One side is bruised and the other is pretty sore. Think I'm going to try my luck with quads next.
