Food intake today.
  1. Pre-WO Shake V-Core Cookies & Cream (pic below) 1 heaping scoop, 1/2 cup oats, 1 BIG tbsp PB, 8oz Skim Milk, 1tbsp Lite Cool Whip
  2. Post-WO Shake Dymatize ISO-100 Fudge Brownie (pic below) 1-1/2 scoop, 1 BIG tbsp PB, 8oz Carbmaster Chocolate milk, 1tbsp Lite Cool Whip
  3. Eggs 3 whole 3 whites, Turkey Sausage 2pc, Wheat Sandwich Thins 2
  4. Chicken Breast 8oz, 1-1/2 cup rice (pic below)
  5. Turkey Burger, Cottage Cheese 2cup (pic below)
  6. Big Salad Chicken Breast 8oz, Lettuce, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Cheese, Light Ranch (just a touch) & Sriracha
I haven't ate meal 6 yet no pic
1-4 I eat everyday 5-6 change

Day 2 - Back & Light Triceps 1hr cardio
Day 3 - Legs & Abs 1hr cardio
Day 4 - Light Chest & Arms 1hr cardio
Day 5 - Light Back & Shoulders 1hr cardio
Day 6 - Rest

1/4 Bag Mixed Veggies
8 Eggs 4-Whole 4-Whites
2pc Turkey Sausage
2pc Sandwich Thins Wheat
2 Shakes describe later


Cycle
Test C - 1-14 weeks 1.2ml/225mg E3D
Mast E - 1-14 weeks 1.5ml/300mg E3D
Adex - 1-14 weeks .5mg EOD

No PCT
After 14 weeks I will be going on my own TRT 200mg/week

Goals

10lbs of muscle
225lbs 11-13%bf
