- Post-WO Shake Dymatize ISO-100 Fudge Brownie (pic below) 1-1/2 scoop, 1 BIG tbsp PB, 8oz Carbmaster Chocolate milk, 1tbsp Lite Cool Whip
- Eggs 3 whole 3 whites, Turkey Sausage 2pc, Wheat Sandwich Thins 2
- Chicken Breast 8oz, 1-1/2 cup rice (pic below)
- Turkey Burger, Cottage Cheese 2cup (pic below)
- Big Salad Chicken Breast 8oz, Lettuce, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Cheese, Light Ranch (just a touch) & Sriracha
