Thanks Mel. Yeah you would think I'd look like an AIDS patient with the amount of cardio I do. Lol I do lack consistency and balance in other parts of my life, but not with my workouts. I've got a lot of bottled up anger and frustration I use during training. I do watch Sportcenter while do cardio, which helps, but mainly use the time to think.



Im the same way. I take my anger ad frustration from the day out on the weights. The gym has turned into my therapy somewhat.
I know I cant control everything else, but I can control my workouts and my body.
But as @Melly Mel from hell said, and Ive said before, your cardio and your log are impressive.
I tipped 5 for a 13 haircut. He sucked. Should of tipped him a people's elbow and a rock bottom.


I'm running really late this morning. Thought I would see what kinda crowd is at the gym a couple hrs later. Maybe my dream woman would be there...she wasn'tand either was anyone else. Trained shoulders this morning. Although I started with trap bar deads, which felt good, probably the best they ever felt and I was super setting them with a few pull ups.

Great workout!! I've never done trap bar deads w/ 315 for that many reps and sets...so PR!! Elbow is getting better and overall feeling damn good. But, I just don't feel good about going real heavy with shoulder pressing movements...causes too much pain and my form doesn't look right.
Terminator Genisys is available online. Gonna try to watch it sometime today or tomorrow. I'll give a short review. That's all I got.

Good workout. And looking forward to the review. Ive been wanting to see it.
I actually liked Terminator 3 unlike most people. Just because it showed judgement day was inevitable. Now Salvation just sucked imo...
I think the special effects make it better, but the original is still my favorite. So many iconic moments.



Im going to have to check out that movie.
Just out of curiousity, how is yur chest split usually. I saw what you said about flat and incline i same day.
