I'm impressed by the cardio consistency. You're dedication as a whole is impressive and inspirational but I really admire you're cardio. I can't do it. I get too bored. 10 minutes and my mind is going crazy with boredom.

Thanks Mel. Yeah you would think I'd look like an AIDS patient with the amount of cardio I do. Lol I do lack consistency and balance in other parts of my life, but not with my workouts. I've got a lot of bottled up anger and frustration I use during training. I do watch Sportcenter while do cardio, which helps, but mainly use the time to think.

Im the same way. I take my anger ad frustration from the day out on the weights. The gym has turned into my therapy somewhat.
I know I cant control everything else, but I can control my workouts and my body.

Man I love the easy of Bitcoin, but I use Coinbase to buy my Bitcoin's from and they suck. They said 6 days to confirm the transfer even though the funds are already withdrawn from my bank. I know I sound like an impatient asshole. I was just ready to use it, but was a little short so I has to make a transfer. I thought I has instant transfer set up...guess not.

There's this new grocery store that just opened I'm gonna go check out later. They mailed me $10 off my purchase and they've got $1 jars of PB (limit 6...dicks), $1.77 chicken breast, I'll see what else they got.

Great workout!! Felt amazing this morning, one of those day I just didn't wanna stop. Cramps are back, little shocking bc I've been well hydrated and supplemented. Time to eat more bananas. Elbow didn't hurt during my workout, but its been hurting since not as bad though. I did order Voodoo Floss, hope it comes with direction. I think you just wrap your elbow with it pretty tight and hit the weights. We'll see.

But my boys do, last time I had a gay guy Cutting my boys hair. He acted so inconvenienced by doing his job. With that attitude you know? I still felt compelled to tip cuz I guess it's the right thing to do.

I really just wanted to power bomb his lazy disrespectful ass thru the plate glass. Would of been sweet. I'm paying for a service. At least act like you wanna be there. Too much to ask?

Trained shoulders this morning. Although I started with trap bar deads, which felt good, probably the best they ever felt and I was super setting them with a few pull ups.

Great workout!! I've never done trap bar deads w/ 315 for that many reps and sets...so PR!! Elbow is getting better and overall feeling damn good. But, I just don't feel good about going real heavy with shoulder pressing movements...causes too much pain and my form doesn't look right.

Terminator Genisys is available online. Gonna try to watch it sometime today or tomorrow. I'll give a short review. That's all I got.

I actually liked Terminator 3 unlike most people. Just because it showed judgement day was inevitable. Now Salvation just sucked imo...

Thanks jay. I like 3 as well, but the first one was great...no cgi just stunt men and models (models as in toys not hot women).
 
Man I had a headache from hell all day yesterday. Nothing I did got rid of it. Finally after hrs of agonizing pain I was able to take a short siesta and when I woke up it was gone. Then I watched Terminator Genisys. I was impressed. I really like the way they had something from ALL of the other Terminator movies in it. The dude that played Reese sucked...I knew he would. I'm not giving anything away here, but they showed how they time traveled, which I thought was pretty cool. Of course it will make you think about how everything is online. The one I watched the picture was a little dark so I'm gonna have to watch it again. Definitely worth watching though. I would give it 7.5 out of 10.

I trained chest this morning and I wasn't gonna hit biceps, but I did away.:D Started with incline bb and it really didn't go very well. Idk why but last time I got 225 for a couple sets of 8, this time I only got one set of 8 and two sets of 6. And it fucking hurt my shoulder. I still benched, first time I done both incline bb and flat bench in the same workout.

My day on Sunday (I think) fucked this workout up, wasn't the best, but I did power thru it. I started cramping during the ladder and it hit hard on the treadmill. My hands were locking up...not good. I've thrown down 2 bananas, 12oz of Gatorade, 1/2 pak of Pedialyte, couple caps of taurine, and 80oz of water its helped some. This cramping shit sucks.:(

Go see Terminator Genisys brothers or wait for digital copy!!

Just out of curiousity, how is yur chest split usually. I saw what you said about flat and incline i same day.

When I train chest on "main chest day" one time bench first then incline db, next time incline bb then flat db. Feels better on my shoulder to do it that way. The incline bench for bb at this gym is a bit uncomfortable...sits way too low imo.
 
There's this real skinny dude that workouts at my gym. He runs on the treadmill for about 30mins. He puts 185lb on bench, but never brings the bar to his chest, he does 1/4 reps and he does db curls with 40's, swing curls with complete stops at the top. He does some other shit too that's just ridiculous. I finally asked him the other day why he does cardio, I said you trying to be even thinner. He said its good for his endurance or some stupid shit like that. I really wasn't paying attention and wasn't expecting an answer...I was just kinda being a smart ass. I hate talking to dude's at my gym.

Good workout. The ups and downs continue...as does the cramps.:mad: Getting a cramp in your lat is painful...like all of them are. They always happen to whatever muscle group I was training that day, maybe the 200mg of caffeine is cause them. But shit that's no more than a cup of coffee, and I've read that a lot slam a couple cups pre workout. Oh well fuck it, I'll stop crying about them like some little bitch...

It appears today will be my last pin of NPP. Not really sure of the exact amount of tren I have left, but its not much so I'm gonna finish it...I ain't scared.
