7Dog's Transformation/Test & Mast Cycle

I want to be clear about what I was talkin' about yesterday with the skinny dude. I sure in the fuck don't think I'm better than him. I just don't see the need for him to do any cardio, he's probably 6' 1" 150lbs. To each his own. I guess its the tren that makes me want to drop kick him in the face, rip his skinny ass arms off and beat him with them until he says he won't do any more. And with no arms he won't be able to bench or db curl.:D I'm glad I got that off my chest...

Not a bad workout, I'm really to the point I'm just gonna say fuck bb squats. Doing what I did today hurt my lower back like every leg today does...there I go again bitching about my aches and pains.

One last thing, on my dog walk yesterday the milf .........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................I'm building the suspense .............................................................................................................wasn't outside on the first pass. Second pass she's sitting in the lawn chair :eek::eek:NAKED:eek::eek::eek:.. lol jk...she was in the lawn chair on the second pass though. Husband not home yet. She stopped me and was telling me about her dog that had 8 puppies, and asked if I wanted to see em'. They were inside of course. She said they're two weeks old, all white and look like little cotton balls. Lol Her other dogs where going crazy, so I declined bc my dog wasn't happy either...no need for a big ass dog fight. I'm glad I did bc about 30secs later her husband passed me. That would have been way, way to awkward...he walks in and sees me playing with his puppies!! Lol

Couple things.

I switched to low bar squats. The lowest I can comfortably sit the bar. Has helped IMMENSELY in lower back pain. Maybe you should try.

You should have ripped his skinny Arms off and beat him with em. Oh how we would laugh

Thanks homie. I've tried to get the bar lower it kills my shoulder and I have zero wrist flexibly. I swear I'm just not making excuses. I'll just keep working on it...

Good stuff.
As far as squats you gotta figure out what works for you. If youre hurting its no good, but its a great exercise (this coming from a guy who skipped.it for years and just got back in to it. So my opinion doesnt count much).
Also is it weird I got excited when you mentioned puppies? I was hoping you were gonna say you got one. I probably just miss my dog though.

Keep up the hard work! And I agree on the skinny dude.

I just need to work on squats harder. That's the only way to get better at em'

I would get one of those puppies, it might be good for Cally. And they're almost the same type/breed of dog. I think she called them a cattle dog or something like that. But, then I think Cally might get jealous and rip its throat out. For some reason she can be mean as fuck to other dogs.

That husband always seems to be popping up when you come by. I think he has some sort of camera system on her. :)

Hey seven, have you tried front squats??? They take alot of pressure off your back and your wrists. Not only that but front squats are a great exercise.

Well sorta. Didn't put much effort in em'...I'll give em' another try. Thanks brother.

You outta give them another shot. Honestly don't know much "easier" they are on your lower back but they are doing wonders for my quad size
A buddy of mine has a bulged disk and cant do normal squats without horrible pain, he switched to front squats and now he is squatting pain free.
It took him a while to adjust to the movement and at first his weights were a fraction of what he could do in his reg squat, but after a cpl months he was using heavy weights again.

I too have jacked up disks in my lower back. I just don't really have any additional relief between front and back. I'm not claiming my form is necessarily 100% spot on yet as I just started incorporating them few weeks ago. I agree 100% there is a major learning curve on front squats compared to back. I can't barely front squat half of my back.

Yeah im assuming that it definitely depends on what type of injury you have, which disc's are bulged ect...
I also know guys that can't squat at all, so they only do leg press.

Yea disc injuries are crazy. Mine are my 2 lowest both are herniated but one of them is basically gone at this point according to my last MRI. It's looks like a flat black pancake on a MRI instead of a nice fluffy marshmallow. I get all my pain because the one that isn't completely gone will get inflamed from time to time and put intense amount of pressure on sciatic nerve.

But I guess I'm a lucky one because 2 years ago I was told I would never squat to deadlift again. I didn't really except that answer rehabbed myself and now I'm pullin over 500 and squat right around 500

Damn bro!!! Thats very impressive weight for a guy with no injury's i cant believe your able to pull and squat that weight with those back issues. Makes me feel like a pussy [emoji1]
Im no where near those weights and im injury free[emoji17]

It's funny cuz I can move weight but reps put me down. I can handle the heavy weights low reps all day but you put me on a 10 sets of 10 or anything over 15 reps and I'm down for a few days. That's why I started front squating. I've heard how it reduces pressure on the back and I thought I could do my reps on front squat and my heavy shit on back squat. But it hasn't worked out that way so far.
Sorry seven I'm done hijacking your thread.
