7Dog's Transformation/Test & Mast Cycle

Well I said I was going to slow down on increasing the weight on my lifts, but I couldn't help it. Another workout, another PR. This time incline BB 225 2 sets for 8 was easy, so I went 245 for 4 and then 5 with a lift off and spot. I'll admit it, I was showing off. The gym was somewhat busy (about 10 people) and I let my ego take over. Not the smartest thing to do, but as long as I didn't hurt myself I guess its ok.

Yep chest and biceps this morning. And I kill it!!

Extremely happy with this workout. The only thing is decline BB, I hate that exercise, idk why I did it, next time I going with decline DB.

Man felt like shit yesterday, was dragging ass all day. Didn't eat very much, couple chicken breast, few eggs, cup of rice, some cottage cheese, and 3 yogurts. That was probably the problem didn't have enough food.

10 weeks of Test and Mast, 5 weeks of Tren >> 10 days @ 100mg/day. Breathing hasn't been to difficult, I mean I do breath harder/louder at rest, but I also put on 25lbs in 10 weeks. Night sweats, crazy dreams, and heartburn are the extent of my sides right now....and crazy strength.:D

Today will be 14 days of Tren @ 100mg ED, not 10 days.

Pinned yesterday Test C 1.2ml Mast E 1.5ml

Chest/biceps
Back/triceps

I did that all last cycle. It's now my favorite routine on cycle. I had to drop it off cycle tho. Too much to train arms 2x per week as an arm only day happens later in the week

Gotta bend over for dips to hit chest effectively. If you do traditional dips in the upright position it becomes a tricep exercise.

No that's why I don't do it. Dips are better for lower pec development ;)

I do the same thing. Dips / weighted dips for lower pecs. Or Hammer strength decline if im in a rush.

Also, correct me if Im wrong, but elbow position is important. I was always told if they are tucked while doing dips it works better for tri's and out focuses more on pecs.

Absolutely! To work chest properly whether on bench or dips elbows must be flared or away from the body.

In order to bench safely you want to tuck your elbows though.. not close grip but you want to pull them in towards your body when your elbows are flared out its putting a lot of stress on that shoulder joint

For max attempts absolutely.
Learning to bench with elbows flared out is some thing that must be practiced. I've learned to pinch the traps together to help control it on the negative. The more the elbows are tucked the more tricep recruitment in the lift. Want bigger pecs? Bench with elbows away from the body

Gonna be a hot one today, heat index 110° 100% humidity. Sounds like a good day to give the dog a bath. She hates it, but she needs one. Fill the tote up with water, let it sit in the sun for couple hrs, throw her in. Its always a challenge and not much fun.

Today I hit back and triceps. Got a few more pull ups then last time I did them, which is good since I'm weighing 240.

Elliptical 40mins
Treadmill Incline 15 3.5mph 20mins

So, I've heard that I may not be getting the best out of my walking on the treadmill bc I hold onto to the heart rate handles in front of me. Today I tried it w/o holding the handles. I only held the handles a few times to get my heart rate and it was the same as when I go faster holding the handles. I guess I'll work on go not holding the heart rate handles. Have you ever see the word Handle so many times.

No PR's but still a damn good workout. Well that's not completely true...120lb row PR!!

Thanks Skull, I appreciate it.

My chest has been really sore, right side more than the left. I was a little freaked out, thought I may have torn something. I'm pretty sure if that was the case I wouldn't be able to do shit and it would a different pain. Never torn a muscle, hope it stays that way. Also, I keep having some intense muscle cramps. Don't see how I could be dehydrated, easily take in over 2 gals of fluids a day.

Good workout overall. I only had about 3hrs of sleep. I was busy outside most of the day yesterday, but still had problems falling asleep. Just now realized that my lats are pretty fucking sore too. Shit I hope my legs don't start cramping, I'm gonna go buy some kinda electrolytes supplement at GNC today, see if that helps.
