8 mounths after blast cruise still low libido

I quit my blast cruise after 2.5 years because i wanne have a baby

I did pct

3 mounths
1500iu hcg 25iu hmg 3 times a week
Start clomid 2 weeks 50 mg 2 weeks 25mg

A few weeks after pct i pull blood

Lh 3.2
Fsh 3.3
T 5.87 (5.68 - 26.8)
Oestradiol <0.04

I wait a few weeks but because off low libido i start clomid 50 mg eod

Pull blood again after few weeks
Lh 6.1
Fsh 14.1
T 12.46
Oestradiol 0.05

But still low libido, i thought maybe its because off low oestradiol so i start 500 iu hcg and 50mg clomid 2 times a week but doesn't make a different.

I wanne have kids, but making kids with zero libido isn't nice

I think your non-existent E is probably a big cause of your low libido. Are you or were you taking high doses of an ai? E is important for both libido and fertility. Idk if hgh does anything for libido but it can only help with sperm I’d think. Are you getting all these meds from a dr or legitimate pharmacy?

Ah then it’s not a problem of bad medicine. Clomid wouldn’t actually reduce E it just blocks it at certain receptors. I’ve read studies that state that even tho hCG is only an lh analog it still very effective for spermatogenesis by itself, but like I said clomid shouldn’t reduce E levels so no need to cut it. There’s always estrodial cream but just like testosterone it would cause suppression. If you have a dr you’re working with see what they have to say, or maybe try viagra/cialis to see if it helps.

Are they pharmaceutical grade/brands from a ugl or ugl grade/brand? I’d go with pharmaceutical grade just to be sure. It’s hard to tell if it’s working or not; if you were not using clomid id say your hCG was no good because your lh/fsh was not suppressed but clomid causes an increase so really hard to tell. You could do a pregnancy test on the hCG to see if it’s real; of course this won’t always tell you if it’s potent but at least if it’s real.

For fertility I’ve read 500iu eod is a good starting point. Here’s a couple studies that might be helpful, it’s where I’ve gotten a lot of info from, a lot of it is for those on trt but they should still be helpful:

Nope. For some, excessive GH can cause sexual problems. Your sperm should not need additional GH either. Just because 1 aspirin might be helpful doesn't mean that 8 aspirin is better.

E2 at that level can mess with libido and cause depression

Since you have done PCT and want kids, stop talking everything and let your body normalize. Get bloods after a month or two. Wait three months minimum then get sperm analysis.

After that, if sperm is messed up and/or you can't perform sex, then see a specialist.


If your doing hcg after or during PCT ... that is not correct PCT. Your getting good T now so your balls aren't dead so you don't need hcg. Yes, hcg can be helpful for sperm making but LH + FSH makes better sperm (or do you want to risk birth defects?)

Clomid will generate LH and FSH but now that you got there, stop. See what you body does. If sperm count or quality is poor, then clomid can be used but see a doc instead of messing around.

A couple of other things to consider that are common enough

• Some people have reduced libido after AAS
• Some people find that SERMs reduce libido

Your low E2 is unusual. What units are they measured in (you report <0.04 and 0.05)? Are you tall or in particular have long arms and legs?

It’s probably pmol or nmol. Whatever they measured with it’s low but if it’s nmol that would equal 8-9pg/ml. If it’s pmol then it’s basically 0.

Anyway I guess an important question would be are you trying to have a baby right now or someday in the future?

When my e2 was low my sex drive was dead and so was my dick and with that low of e2 my best guess would be that is the culprit. I dont see anywhere if you were taking any ais just serms is that correct because I dont see how it could get that low without.

You don’t have any of the test results anymore? Honestly it’s hard to say without having a seman analysis, but after 2.5 years of suppression from roids there’s a good chance that 8 months isn’t enough time to get a good level of spermatogenesis naturally. If you had azoospermia when you stopped it would of taken at least 3 months to have developed new sperm as that’s how long it takes for them to mature.

If you were just trying to stay fertile for a baby in the future you could definitely discontinue the meds to see what your body could do, even tho T and especially E levels look low for using hCG and clomid. Of course if you were only doing 2 shots of hCG and was tested before the next that could be why.

Honestly I’d get a seman analysis, and you could just stick to one med for now. Clomid would be closer to natural but hCG is more potent than lh. Since you’re trying to have a baby asap I’d think cutting the meds might make it more difficult, but I’m not a fertility dr so I could easily be wrong.

My recommendations, get a seman analysis, go see a fertility dr, and if you continue using meds get pharmaceutical grade either from a good source or a pharmacy if you live in a country where they sell them without a prescription. I’m assuming you’re in since you call E oestradiol and T was measured in nmol. Some countries like Greece sell them otc.
