44 years old and need help

Increase protein from 150 to 200.

You can easily do that by adding a third meal to your two.

Add some carbs around training time.

Speaking of training:

How is weight training going?

Cardio?

I reviewed the entire thread, and all I see you mentioning are drugs and starvation diets. Are you working out?

Most days I'm just so tired. I've started walking around the neighborhood for about 30-60 mintues a day but it is very taxing. Next week I'm going to join a gym and start doing resistance training.
That was two months ago.

Well?

Did you join a gym back in October and start doing resistance training?

Are you doing any cardio?

Yes, see below

I have been running TRT 150mg/wk with Tirz 5MG/wk, BPC157 and TB500. Two hours of cardio every other day and resistance training (push, pull, and misc) three days a week. Meals have been lean meats and green veggies twice a day.

This thread was never a day to day log of my progress. I've made a very good recovery over the past two months, but my head is not well. Going through a divorce is one of the most mentally mind fucking experiences a person can go through. When I get settled in Thailand, I will post another thread with a more detailed log.

Yeah, I get it, but you posted, and a bunch of us internet strangers wanted to know how you were doing. :)

For what it is worth, my divorce spurred me to go from just a guy who looks like he works out, to steroids and looking like a Greek God.

I remember my young son telling me that he asked his mom if she noticed, "Did you notice Dad is really getting in shape." He mimicked this sort of wistful sigh, and a "Yeah . . ." that she answered, and then he laughed as he was telling me. Even at a young age he could read his Mom's feminine regret.

LOL

Damn right she noticed, as did everybody else.

Make your future decisions carefully. Thailand is not a panacea.

Time is.

And doing what you can to improve yourself, too. Physique is one aspect of that, so do not let it come off the rails.

Money is a much bigger aspect of that, make no mistake. I hope you have a plan to make a high income in Thailand. If not, please rethink this plan. The United States is the best place in the world to make money.

Connections to others is an even bigger aspect that.

Get in shape. Make more money. Reconnect with friends and family. Maybe join a church. Get out there and do stuff. When is the last time you took a hike all by yourself in a wilderness area with no crowds? You might be surprised how much better you feel after 3 hours of that on a morning off work.

Great advice right here!
