So I'm 9 weeks out and never ever binged on carbs before. I feel bloated, look puffier, and just feel blah. I guess you could say the overwhelming feeling of being strict and doing my first show finally made me break a little bit and binge on carbs. I'm talking Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Rice Krispie treats, Dunkin donuts, Five guys, pizza, some cookies from the bakery and halo top ice cream. I've consumed about 15,000 cals the last two days. I've been on a cut with my carbs set at 75 grams a day so what I consumed this weekend so far is way over my numbers. Anyone here have any advice?
