A comprenhensive tb500 frag thread

those are the results i was looking at also, Its not to say its bad its just less potent than say 97% , thats my comfort zone when I personally buy hgh, but absolutely run it i see no reason why, ,,, ohhhhh and "Don't forget to filter it" ;) heheheheeeee eeee

I paid $170 for 300iu of HGH at 94% so im not that bothered about the losing the 3% in purity

How and why should i filter it?

Oh man , the filtering of hgh/peptides is a kinda a long standing joke on Meso , theres a whole thread about it if you want to dive down the rabbit hole of filtering hgh etc, there's absolutely nothing wrong with filtering, its just some I don't do , but ALOT of others do , is there a difference in effects between filtered and un filtered , NO , MAYBE, Yes , actually no one really knows , but some have better information on filtering than me, Ymmv

You'll be fine , run that shit at a respectable dose and youll get some results, make sure your Water, Cardio, diet are in order and really reap the benefits of hgh ,

I have knee and wrist injury.

Would stacking TB4 with TB500 Frag amplify healing benefits with BPC-157?
For example. 2x daily BPC-157 + TB4 and EOD or E3D TB500 Frag

On the surface it looks pointless and waste of money, because both have similar functions on tissue healing. Has anyone experimented this for better results?

Absolutely! Ive ran both forms of tb along with bpc157 , i couldnt find anything contradictory in using the two at same time. Hard to say "better" while using at same time , but it covers wound/tendon healing healing in all forms on paper

Then don't take the risk of ordering from an unknown vendor

Order from one that has a traceable history and customer reviews
That's what I would normally do, only problem is I don't think any vendors here sell GLOW or KLOW with the tb500 889da version. All appear to have the tb4 versions, which is odd since the frag is cheaper.

I was having headache and fatigue at the beginning of TB4 dosing. These side effects went away after couple of weeks. I started low dose, but I would expect single loaded injection at the beginning might amplify these side effects.

As I am aware the side effects are mild for TB4 and TB500 frag, at least for "short-term usage".
did your check your bloodpressure/crp while this was happening on tb-500?

its a rare side effect of the actin binding domain and not something every user will run into. im sorry you did.

tb500 > actin binding >
> promotes cell movement and repair > upregulates signlaing pathwys to nitric oxide because the blood vessels migrate and repair vessel walls. > more nitric oxide.

you also have the VEGF-r2 receptor which acts on the PI3K/Akt pathway > releases nitric oxide.

+ high inflammation > anti-inflammatory effects > nitric oxide works better.

for mostly its harmless, but in your case it lead to so much vasodilation your blood pressure most likely dropped.

its very simple and tb500 only has one side effect, so its either one of those 2 happening.

would be interesting to take a look at.

i might be wrong and you injected badly but i think that would either be temp side effects or come with more side effects than just headache/fatigue. + injection site reactions

tb500 comes with so few side effects your body will downregulate all these expressions realising nitric oxide within a week to reach homeostasis again so you're most likely chilling just jumping straight to a more effective dosage like 3-5mg instead of constantly having a battle from 500mcg, 700mcg, 1mg, etc etc. so if your blood pressure didnt have too big of a dip you're most likely good to go just jumping to a higher dosage

Well , I recognize this style of writing , very well thought out answer , ,;)

Very nice thread, I have a few questions if some dont mind helping. Been using bpc/tb500 and even klow trying to fix my elbow(think it bad elbow inflammation), but nothing has helped.

I considered trying tb frag + Ara.

Question is, how would you dose it? Im thinking of doing 1mg tb frag ED, Ara im not really sure whats the best dosing would be - would 2mg ED be sufficient, or what would be minimum dose?

i did 2mg tb frag a day for tennis elbow + tricep tear. any lower and it become sufferable, will recommend 3mg for best comfort or higher.

ara ive never used it so ill leave that to somebody else.

Thank you mate. Did the 2mg fix it permanently or are you now running a maintenance dose ed?

My elbow problem really sucks, cant bench, do isolated tricep work, not even pullups for some reason. Been like this for a year now, even 5mg bpc/tb a day dont seem to help(neither did the damn cortisone injection I got, just made it worse tbh)

couldn't train with my elbow for a month. after taking a big deload i used bpc and tb frag to train without pain and heal my elbow.

started everything up from 5kg and worked up over 3 months now to a little above or at women weights.

still rehabing but i dont have the pain in my elbow from even lifting a coffee mug anymore.

have you gotten your elbow scanned, what did your doctor say? any pro rehab or not healable?

if its healable with your serious injury i think both me and @Ateam2023 will probably recommend something like starting at 10mg and staying there daily until you're able to heal lol, then you can start coming down a little. although not too soon.

The coffee mug thing I can relate to heh. No scan so far, but seeing my reumatlogist tommorow, so gonna ask if he can send me to someone who can check it for me. All he could see was just very inflamed elbow tendon which is why he tried cortisone injection, but as I said, it didnt help at all.

Seems like you doing the right thing, by slowly working back, but patience is a bitch.

I have som bpc/tb mix, would you suggest running these aswell, or maybe just BPC/TB frag - think I will start 5mg frag, and then up the dose after few weeks if it doesnt seem to help.

Ara I think I will do 2mg to see if that low dose has any effect.

Im just going to share an request i sent to a seller to illustrate the problems when buying tb-500:

You have listed the following two different peoducts:

-TB500(Thymosin B4 Acetate)

-TB500(FRAG)

However often TB4 (Thymosin beta 4) is called TB500 (like you also did in your product list) even though they are two different peptides.

To make it worse there is also TB500(FRAG) which is a different peptide.

Then again TB500 is often falsely called TB500(FRAG) to distinguishe it from TB4.

"Before discussing the benefits of thymosin beta-4 and TB-500, it is important to talk about a derivative of TB-500 known as the TB-500 fragment.

Ac-SDKP is a naturally occurring peptide that is a fragment of thymosin beta-4. Ac-SDKP is made up of the amino acids Ser-Asp-Lys-Pro, which is a different fragment than TB-500 is
derived from.

Thus, the nomenclature is very confusing.
Both TB-500 and Ac-SDKP are derivatives of thymosin beta-4 but Ac-SDKP is not a derivative of TB-500."

So my question is:
TB500(Thymosin B4 Acetate)= TB4, correct?

But what is exactly TB500(FRAG)? Is it TB-500 or actually TB500(FRAG)/Ac-SDKP?

yes, tb4 full sequence does get broken down into fragments which we are hoping for it gets broken down into the tb500 frag which im talking about here which is responsible for wound/muscle/tendon healing.

you're spinning your wheels tho when u can just take the thing that does that and does it much more effectively dose vs dose. + produced in a bigger scale it will also be the cheaper option
From what i understand tbough, TB-500 isnt the only metabolite of TB4 with healing propertys but primarely the antiinlamatory one. Also, much more studys where made with TB4 than with TB-500
