Your diet choices are yours to make but just consider that anabolics change the way your body stores and uses energy so the same diet advice differs from traditional advice because your biology is slightly different. If you can eat whole carbs and make your goals thats optimal. Bulking I cant do that, its rice crispies and gummy bears for me haha

Definitely not a secret, I brown the beef and then toss in the veggies and continue to cook until everything's cooked

Shave and boil the sweet potato then mash with a tablespoon of olive oil or butter whichever you prefer ( tou can bake it but takes a lot longer)

If you have e glass containers you can bake them after you top them with the potato

Outside of pink salt and pepper I don't add much to the beef as the veg and meat has plenty of flavor with the paprika on the potato

It's pretty simple and van make 5 days qorth to store easily
 
I use these Uncle Ben's pouches that you stick in the microwave for 90 seconds. There are different flavors. I usually just get the long grain and wild rice. It's not too bland. A pouch of that and some tuna/chicken breast/etc. is my lunch most days.

Ive eaten so many of those over the years that Uncle Ben adopted me and is now my dad.

The wild rice one is my fav. Super quick and easy to make. Great for when you dont got much time. Pouch of that and two cans of the pre flavored tuna, ultra fast meal.
 
Added 28g Porridge oats 30g Protein 120ml full fat milk pre and post workout today, struggled with the post workout Porridge and had to push my dinner off until 10pm, eating never used to be a problem but im struggling to eat enough while keeping it relatively clean, ended up adding a tin of baked beans to my dinner to try and get more carbs in.

Somehow I never made friends with beans, I never liked the taste of them. And if I don’t like it, I don’t digest them well.

Now I understand, but all sorts of enzymes, enzymes, maybe some specialized additives, do not help?
I take a digestive enzyme. Ive heard that there are only a few kinds that are effective and sometimes they dont work for my specific issues but are really expensive so I just made the decision to try to modulate things more naturally to control the issues so I do things like adding those shakes and it helps my metabolism

By the way, yes, the right decision is not to rely on pills, but to solve it with nutrition. And they often look for a magic pill for all ills.

I started on digestive enzymes recently, and it's made a huge difference, for anyone eating a lot of protein, I feel they actually do help
 
I'm glad that people have started watching what they eat. Before, I didn't think about it at all, which caused me health problems. Now I've given up junk food and alcohol. Moreover, I also gave up meat, and now I'm a vegan. I never thought I could give up meat, but vegans have many delicious dishes. I am not experienced in nutrition to anywhere near a high level

Are there any obvious changes I can make to my diet to optimise my results, protein Is a little low I'm probably gonna have to add a shake in there but damn I'm so sick of those fuckers, woukd love any alternative suggestions
Add a scoop of protein to meal one and two and your last meal

And from meat, why, a carnivorous person. We tend to eat meat, and meat contains a complete set of amino acids. So what is the reason then?
