A few questions about both Clomid and Nolvadex

1. If I experience gyno during a cycle, how much Nolvadex am I supposed to take? How will I know that it's safe to stop using Nolva and that gyno has subsided?
2. When will I know if Clomid will be necessary? Do I just pay attention to Luteinizing Hormone and FSH during bloods?
3. How do I avoid or minimize any bouts of depression during PCT or when fighting off a test suppression?
