A Goose & Anadrol (A Log, or Something)

Well it's over y'all.

What can I expect over the next few weeks?
Lethargy, misery, the hum drum existence of no longer feeling like a god....

But in reality time off is just as, if not more, important than time on. Now is the time to dig deep and keep your motivation up. You will not be able to do quite as much but push yourself to do all that you can and just look forward to the next time. Don't give in to the temptation of "taking a little time off". That time off can become too much of a distraction from your goals if you let it.

I absolutely agree.

Make sure you take the same amount of time off as you were on. Keep your diet tight and continue training. Don't stop or loosen up because you're "off" now. This is where most women rebound. You don't want that. You want to keep progressing forward. You got this!

Great job girl!

ahhhh, back to being human. The only upside is if you were holding any water it falls off in 10-14 days and it really uncovers the work/gains you've achieved. Each cycle I've done there's been some change to my body that I keep and bring to the next. I love the evolution. Like GG said, just keep your training and diet tight and your next cycle will be even better! Congrats on the gains and successful cycle!
