This isn't my own concoction or my own fringe theory, it's just simple fact.
Care to explain how I am wrong? I guess it doesn't matter.
I can post up articles and postings by renown experts in the field of nutrition related to sports / bb'ing who are working with top level athletes, I can post up countless citations for my claims, I can share countless of my own personal experiences and the experiences of others I know, but I don't think it would matter, I would still be incorrect, right?
I try and aim for 450-500g of carbs a day, while aiming for 4200 total calories per day. 500g of carbs is only 2000 calories. On a 4200 calorie diet, that leaves a load of roam to fit in lots of protein and fats.
If I attempted to train the way I do on a low carb diet I would probably fall to the floor mid workout and start crying in agony. You know what will build a lot of muscle? The amount of work relative to intensity I can do in the gym, powered by my high carb diet.
