I used to have the worst fuckin diet when I was a road driver. Terrible. If I drank anything it was mountain dew, no water. Chips and hot dogs from loves and maybe 1 hot meal every other day or so. That hot meal would be fast food or subway cuz ya know fuckin subway is every where

Yep subway is everywhere and you always got someplace to be so if your gonna sit down and eat, you may as well be at the wheel. The road was the worst thing I ever did to myself.

Yup sit 14 hrs and walk 2 feet and sleep 10 hrs. Rinse repeat every day

I never got NEARLY as bad as 90 percent of guys I see but for me it was bad. I used to carry dumbbells with me and use them for everything. I loaded the load bars up with the tire chains and used it as heavy t bar rows or squats. I could do pull ups on my upper bunk. Watched ALOT of porn. Bored alot too

And for good reason. Its alot easier to recuperate sitting home than at work.

Aggravated my herniated disc again. I got 2 sets of 315x8 out of the way on the third set I felt it. Racked the weight right away. Damn. All you young guys take notice. Dead lifts will fuck you up. Wanna bring a monster to his knees? Fuck your lumbar up and see what good you are then. Take it for what it is
 
On a good note I re supplied my protein stash today. I picked up chocolate mint this time. Cant wait to try it. Dymatize of course. Manufactured locally. Doing my small nutrition shop shopping today. Helping the local economy. $55 for my usual huge tub. Two more stamps on the card away from a free one :)

you ever do stiff leg D/L? Or are you just ready for surgery
 
I been looking up some chest exercises better than the standard bench press. I fell across an article on fast/slow twitch fibers and the recruitment in various muscle groups. In order to take my tri's and shoulders out of my pressing movements im considering the guillotine press. Many consider it the best chest developer around. Remember im not a power lifter any more and benching with my elbows tucked is inferior for chest growth. Any body have experience with this exercise?

Also I been considering flaring out my elbows and doing low neck bench presses. Which can steer the growth in the right direction. Tips or help please. I believe I have short comings in my chest due to poor form (power lifting form). Mostly in the center of chest where the breast meat curls in. My outer chest is as thick as a 5 lb chuck steak. Like most taller bodybuilders I have a high chest. Look at most guys over 6' and you'll see what I mean.
