I hear ya bro. Im naturally a nutty fruit bar that has a funny easy going since of humor. Btw nice selfie or celfie or aww fuk it I flunked english class an cant spell worth spit lol.
 
At 54 , I still PR all of my lifts every year . The weights I use now would have crushed me in my 30"s .....
What am I doing wrong I can't get back to 37-39 those were big years for me. I don't know you might be right OGH I think I have just gone in a different direction the last couple of years. Oh yea you start bulging out discs every 8 months and flare that sciatic you say forget this stuff.

Once a year I take 3 months and just do powerlifting , its really what I love . Its also when I do orals , just for the strength . I know I shouldnt at my age , and Ive felt them negatively before but Im addicted to breaking my PR"s . I still have some Tbol from last year that let me add 20lbs to my bench , and it has stuck even when Im just cruising . Strength can be very addictive....

Ive already told the ol lady that if you hear a loud thud on the back deck where I squat , and I die just leave me there for at least another hour so I can feel pump leave my body .....lol
 
If you are putting up 455 at 43 my hat is off to you.
First attempt only got 2/3 down, didn't feel right so came up with it. Week later took it all the way down but couldn't make the lift. Ended up dumping that one on safety bars. Plan is to concentrate on form for a couple weeks then tear it up.
