My .02 on the water. If your piss is clear, you should be getting enough. I try for at least a gallon a day. When it gets hot I will up that, because I work outside all day a sweat like crazy.

Missed my session today. Was supposed to be back/tri day but whatever.
The miss trukker was too tasty last night. Before I knew it I ate thru a whole hour...an hour I should have been sleeping
I poked her on the edge of the bed, in the middle, on all fours, on her back, on her side. My estro lvls are preventing me from finishing. I looked like I just got done with the crucible. Covered in spit, puss juice and sweat. At least it wasn't for nothin. Good cardio I guess.

Wide grip pulldowns
hammer strength vertical pulldowns
bent over barbell rows (90 degrees)
Wide handle seated rows
The hammer strength vertical pulls are the only exercise I went really heavy on. I do them 1 arm at a time 135lb each arm. Maximum torque and intensity. I turn in to my alter ego, the bastard squatch, for stuff like this. Howel at the moon bitch!
Tricep pushdowns
bodyweight dips
5 sets 14 reps leg raises
Trukker out
Back/tricep

The marine corps never has and never will receive a dime from the navy. Remember? We have our own funding. Our own department under MARSOC. The navy has loose ties to us despite the name marine. Remember back in the 70's the SEALS were created? Why do you suppose that is? Any military expert will tell you the SEALS are modeled after the guess what...marine corps. With an emphasis on spec op. Also guess what. Who personally stands guard at Quantico? Hmmm? How about ALL presidential news conferences, funerals, or business trips. Hes always the first to salute the president. And remember no matter what you accomplish in the military: rangers, navy, air force, army, you STILL have to go to Paris island if you wanted to be a marine. On the other hand if we wanted to switch we dont have to go thru the Same thing
